I had the most horrible pedicure Ever! It cost me $32. No foot scrub, not even a massage! I get a pedicure as most people do for the massage! She hurt me cutting my cuticle and then I picked out a turquoise polish and apparently it was old so he got a new one that was supposedly the same color but it came out Kelly green! Went to Lovely Nails around 4ish today. No customers were in at the time. Got a Mani and Pedi. They did a great job! I was a bit nervous going in at first because I read a bunch of bad reviews before hand. During the manicure a lady was doing my real nails and started to file them a bit wrong. Kenny stepped in and took over and finished the hand as well as the other. He did a great job! I wasn't upset because they weren't all that bad from what she did. He stopped her before it really became a problem. Yay Kenny! Never had too bad of an experience here. I used to go in all the time. Been a long time since but was glad to see Kenny still there. I would not recommend this salon, I normally go to lavish beauty lounge and always have a great experience there, however it is quite pricey so I decided to try somewhere a bit cheaper and ended up at lovely nails. Well I got what I paid for, the workers weren't very friendly and she was very rough and didn't take her time at all. My gel manicure was very sloppy and not near the quality of what I am used to at lavish. That is what I get for being cheap. Back to lavish I go. Read Less

Terrible service. Yes it had a shorter waiting time than another salon my friend and I went to, but two people working? what is that? They called my friend back for her fill, I went and sat with her as I waited for mine. The man gave my friend such a hard time because she wouldn't get gel color on her nails. He didn't tell her to soak her one hand in the acetone and he slammed her hand down into the bowl. When he sent her to wash her hands be started on mine. They were fine, until he started inspecting my acrylics and glared at me for a few messed up corners. Excuse you? everything was fine and then when I went to wash my hands he moved ALL of my stuff to a new station. I went for a quick polish change, I called and they gave me a different price of the phone than what she charged me. I could have done a better job myself (there is paint around the skin of my nails and looks extremely sloppy. Used to love going here but service is going down. I ask only for shellac polish and past 2 times they give mani (which was only soaking fingers and trimming cuticles) then charging more. I haven't had just 1 person do my nails the past 3 times I go, they jump around having multiple people doing the job. Communication is a big issue too, not only not doing as I ask but also when questioning prices they get irritated and aren't accurate.
