My first time back in a long time. I am only giving this salon a three because of one girl, Tash. Upon the salon opening they already had several ladies there. While waiting I overheard Tash ask the owner what workers were scheduled. The owner replied they're scheduled but they're late. The clock reflected about a half hour late. While Tosh was taking care of her client she stepped away for a moment and assigned all of the waiting ladies to a table and prepared them for the other workers who were coming in late. I saw a girl pull dirty reusable gloves out of a drawer and clean them at the tech station while I sat there. I think they need help in sanitation proceedures. Some of the pedicure utensils had the finish worn off which gave them a dirty look. Cell phones were out all over the place and one worker was checking it constantly. Still the place was packed??? The only one I did not see with a cell phone was Tash. Total leadership in this girl. I hope the owner knows and compensate you well for what she has in you. Read Less

Went in today for a pedicure, I had an unexpected day off of work and wanted to relax, this is not my usual nail place. I noticed that they did not use a fresh pack of sterilized tools on my toes, but instead tools just thrown into a basket and probably reused. (From what i saw during my experience), This kind of grossed me out a bit because there’s a lot of different diseases that can be on the feet. Other than that it was just okay. No one working was very personable, it was Very fast, they don’t do much, no scrubs on the legs, no hot towels or much extra besides the basic of the basic... Really not worth $30 plus a tip... I pay $25 for double the amount of stuff being done at the other place. Probably will not go back, not worth it. Read Less

Horrible, just horrible. My daughter's nails all broke off in a day, mind you we complained about how bad they were at the time of service. When we called we were told that she must have been to rough with them and they wouldnt fix them without us paying the full price again Read Less

The worst pedicure I have ever received. Very unprofessional young woman. 2 employees were sitting on their phones the entire time I was there. The pedicure was very basic. Very amateur. Other places I have been to, use a sugar scrub, massge lotion, and hot towels around your legs. They have done the file to smooth your skin. This was non of that. Cannot believe I paid 30.00 for this. I am sick over it. I will never , ever go back there. Ridiculous. Read Less

My wife and I go every six weeks for a pedicure. This place generally does a better job on my nails than others in the area. But, that still depends on who does them. My wife and I request the same manicurists. My wife's is there almost every time. If she's at lunch, we'll wait for her. Mine is there less frequently, so I'm frequently rolling the dice when I go. I've had the same one the last two times and she's done a great job. The pedicure stations use massaging chairs that are great. I love them. About a year ago, they began to line the soaking tub with a disposable plastic liner, reducing the chance of disease or fungi. My low rating is primarily based on the following: The place is filthy. The seats in the waiting area are so grossly stained and dirty that I hesitate to sit on them. The counter top is cluttered to the point of being difficult to use. The area around the workstations (for working on finger nails) are also cluttered (especially the first station, which is usually the manager's station). There also seems to be a higher than average turnover in employees. My first two favorite pedicurists no longer work there. And, they seem to have reduced the number of pedicurists available. Great salon. Kim was very kind to me. When I walked in I was aknowalged by staff members and greeted and told how to sign in. I'm new to the area and to a different nail salon, so I was unsure. Kim taught me how to sign the book and told me which station to sit at. I went and had a seat. She did a wonderful job on my gel manicure. She made nice company and conversation. She made me feel welcome and glad that I moved to the area. I feel very comfortable at this nail club location and I will continue to go here. I've been to several different nails salons but I like this one. I read the other comments on the google reviews and it is what it is, some people are just too damn picky. Read Less

My daughter and I came in for a mani/pedi, the young girl i had seemed like she was on som kind of drugs instead of rubbing my calves she petted them as she stared off into space. Then she showed me a seeping hole on her cheek that she had just ripped a scab off of while i was soaking my feet. She described to me that she was "a picker" and told me how she loved picking pimples and scabs! I was totally disgusted and would have walked out but my daughter was getting her nails done for prom, and at least my girl had gloves on. Then it was time for my manicure, she asked if she could make a phone call and she did to her girlfriend for almost 5 mins discussing going out for margaritas that night. Then she started my mani and asks if she can make one more call to check the balance on her child support debit card as she went into detail about her rent and overdrafting her card but she didnt care because she wanted margaritas that night.Oh and also she cut my toewhen cutting my cuticle and tols me i bleed to easy as she constantly coughed without covering her mouth! My daughter had a very nice girl, but as they say one bad apple spoils the bunch never again will i go there!!!! Read Less

Loved this place took my mom and I went got pedicure and manicure. The young ladies that did our nails did a fabulous job. I got a french mani/pedi and she did them both free hand and used the gel polish it lasted almost a month. I will be taking my daughter and friends here for manicures before her wedding!!! Read Less

Have been using this salon for several years, and the service is always excellent. Kristy and Jim do a fabulous job each and every time I sit down in their chairs. They have recently updated the salon, and it is always clean. Priced right too! Read Less
