Hello everyone. This is my local nail shop and so far so good!! I'm not able to come on a consistent schedule yet every time I do come they always do their best to fit me in. There have been a few times that they were too busy so they went ahead and scheduled me an appt for the next day. I've taken my girls here too and they are always so sweet to them. They even have patience for my 4 year old. She just turned 4 so they've painted her nails when she was 3. She of course messed them up before we left and they so very kindly painted her again!! Got the Groupon for the "cucumber infused pedicure" supposedly a $70 value. No where close to being true. It's your average pedicure that costs $35-50 at your average nail salon. It was supposed to come with a cucumber foot soak.. I had to make an appointment ahead of time to let them know that was the service I was receiving. Upon my arrival they were out of cucumbers... so put the two ends (stem and all) of a yellow apple to float in my water... the nail tech then proceeded... to refuse to trim the side of my nail that I always get trimmed during a pedicure to avoid grown in nails, and said he couldn't. I've never heard they couldn't do this because it would hurt me. So he then refused to ask a coworker to help do this, after my request. He finally allowed me to cut my own nail, while sitting in a predicate chair.. and shocker, no blood, no injury. Cuticles we're not properly soaked, making the cuticle trimming painful, which is something I've rarely ever experienced. All around quality of the service was mediocre at best. I would drive 100 miles just for Jackie to do my nails . Every couple of weeks I am treated like a queen there . Not only do my nails always look beautiful and unique but I' also leave feeling like I just spent an hour with a wonderful friend !! Love this place ! Read Less

This is the best nail spa around Mason and there are many choices.  I have had both manicures and pedicures.  The personnel has always been friendly and professional.  Once I stopped an hour before closing and they were busy yet they were willing to stay. My daughter in law and I both had a groupon for a pedicure. They were bought separately- hers on her phone and mine on my phone. We were told we couldn't get a pedicure together bc we both had a Groupon. Tried to explain to the woman this makes no sense at all but she insisted that's the way it is per "rules". 2 stars because the way the  "boss"  handling the situation. Disappointed greatly! I've used Groupons several times before  WITH OUT AN APPOINTMENT at Bellagio and never had an issue till today. In the past I was told it wasnt necessary to have an appointment. My toes look great and the tech was sweet!Here's the issue.... like I said I've Groupons for pedicures here before and used them without an appointment,  so why would today be any different?  I asked for Allen because he's a fantastic guy! I was told by the "boss" that he was booked , I told her I didn't care who i saw i just have a Groupon. She said it would be another 20 minutes before someone could see me, I told her I'll wait. I sit down at the chair stick my feet in the water show the nail tech my Groupon and went on with the Pedi. PAYMENT time... I hand her my phone and a $20 and NOW I'm being told that per the "boss" I didn't have an appointment so I can not use the Groupon. I'm perplexed...I explain I've used it three times prior with Allen and never had an appointment that I said when I got here is had it and at no time did ANYONE say anything to me. I didn't have my card to pay, she said she would take my info and I could come back with my cc later. I said NO, I want to use my Groupon. Anyway after she said she would contact the police if I didn't pay $32 for the service, I ended up calling my husband to get his cc info. Lesson learned!! Not that losing my business would shut the place down, it's disappointing I really liked Allen and suggest him to anyone. I came here because of a Kroger coupon. The price on the coupon was a good deal. When I arrived I had to wait awhile even though they weren't busy at all and most just sat around. I've been getting my nails done for a few years so I know a good nail service versus a bad one and this place is awful. The girl who finally did my nails tried to tack on an additional 10 dollars justifying it with something that just wasn't true. She clearly thought I didn't know any better and tried to take advantage of me. Her service was painfully slow. It took her a half an hour simply to remove my polish and fill in the nail. She constantly tried to boss me around like I wasn't the customer. My nails do not look nearly as good as they do at my normal salon and are horribly shaped. She kept jerking my around and smearing the paint and poking into my skin. It was painful. The nails are shaped horribly. Steer clear of this place!! Read Less

Worst nail appointment of MY LIFE. Yes, my appointment was an hour before closing. That should not equal to my experience. My nails were drilled down to skin because the kid told me he was "eager to get out".   I should have stopped him then but I gave him benefit of the doubt.
