Service was terrible! I got a manicure from the owner of this nail salon, it was the first set I’ve had on my nails in over 6 months. I didn’t think he cared about how my looked/quality of them, then 3 weeks later I go somewhere else to get a balance and my new tech told me that the way he did my nails could have given me an infection, and all of my nails were lifting!! In all of the years prior that I’ve gotten my nails done, that has never happened to me. It was terrifying. When I called to confront him, he told me he didn’t do it and blamed someone else. This is the worst place to get you nails done!! They did a horrible job and I will never return! They did not give me what I wanted and after 2 days of having my nails done they started breaking by me just putting shampoo in my hair!!! Honestly don't know why so many people dog on this place. I go here all the time and have never had an issue. I get that the wait can be long sometimes but what do you expect with only a few workers and 5 people wanting to get acrylics? Yesterday was my first ever time getting acrylics and I'm more than pleased. The quality is fantastic and the girl (Tavy or Taby not sure which) was so sweet and really knew what she was doing. I usually only get pedicures or regular/gel manicures and have always been happy with the results. Also the prices are in line with everywhere else. Worst pedicure I have ever had. I got 1/2 the attention the people on each side of me got. My heels are terrible. I can do a better job with my pedi perfect. He got up 7 times. When I called all I got was come back and he will fix it. I explained I don't have time to come back. And you can't fix the experience I wanted to have with my soon to be daughter in law. I live in SC, came to visit my granddaughter thats 8, we had a Mimi & Miley day. She has never had a pedi so I took her to get her first one, also got her fingernails and toenails painted with gel polish. I shouldnt of assumed a pedi would be cheaper for a child, I should of asked so part of this is my own fault..LESSON LEARNED!! I watch Andy do her pedi, he did NOT do the same process as the other women were getting AND a childs nails are tiny so not much polish is used vs an adult with long nails or even short. 80.00 was my bill!! I bout had a heart attack! Felt so ripped off but what could I do...Will NEVER go back! Read Less

I'm here now. Language barrier makes the customer service so horrible it's ridiculous. I couldn't even get a color picked out cause he didn't understand. I have very sore feet and ask him to stop the massage three times. Finally I had to grab his hand. Can't say this was the relaxing mani/pedi I was hoping for. Read Less

Absolute waste of $60 for a pedicure!! Wish I could post a picture of what my toes look like...One toe is cut down to nothing another not cut at all... Paraffin wax stll under my nails and between my toes. I asked for my nails not to be cut real short and when I went back in to get one of the nails that was cutting into the toe next to it (she cut it down to nothing)..She said that I didnt want my nails cut..Not one of my worst pedicures (only because my toes are not bleeding) but it a close second Read Less

Not impressed. The gel on my nails was peeling off of the inner cuticle line after 3 days. The tech painted over my cuticles so they looked grown out with a few days. The tech was nice but there was a language barrier which made it difficult to explain what I was looking for. I work in the medical field so I was looking for a professional color but there wasn't much selection of toned down colors. I felt like my choice of color was pushed by what the tech thought. Personally I rather enjoy getting my nails done here. I work with horses which means I always have cracked nails. I made the decision to get fake ones put one at another nail place. Within the first 4 days of having them on I tore 3 off. I decided to try Andy's I have only had one nail come of and I have been using Andy for 2 years. The only time any came off was because my nails were 2 weeks over due. If you show him a design he will do anything you want. I will admit sometimes the wait is a little long but definitely worth it. Awful place! My wife and sisters waited over 2 hours and the total time was 3 and 1/2 hours for a pedicure. Would never go back. This is the norm at this location. The manager did not care at all. He has plenty of business. Buyer beware! Read Less

Yesterday a friend and I went to get pedicures to celebrate our birthdays.  We both enjoyed the pedicures.  The issue I had was when I gave the cashier a Visa gift card she added a 20% tip for herself without asking permission. I had planned on tipping in cash, so I also asked for change for a $20 bill.  When I shared with the cashier that The total did not reflect the same amount she deducted from the visa gift card, she acted like she didn't understand what I was saying.  Since we were celebrating my friend's birthday and we were out during her lunch hour, I didn't want to make a scene over the situation.  I find this to be an issue of dishonesty.  I am very disappointed. Don't go here unless you don't care what Andy does to your nails.You can't tell him what you want he doesn't listen.He is rude and doesn't care what you tell him.Worst nail service I have ever had.Won't EVER go back.Just dropped a lot of money in that salon for very unsatisfactory work.I will take my business back to TK Nails where they do what you want and ask.
