I have been going to this salon since moving to Maineville last summer... and I really like how my nails look but every time the nail tech (all but one tech I have had) clip my skin. My old nail salon NEVER did that... not once in the many years I went there. Even my 10 year old daughter... got SNS and walked away with a cut on the end of her finger... Came here with a girl friend to get a French manicure for a wedding I had the following weekend. When we arrived, we were greeted and seated almost immediately.  We were originally seated together, but I decided I wanted to do acrylic nails instead of gel, and had to move because I guess the girl I originally started with could not do acrylic?  It was fine, though.  The nail salon is not huge and I was still close enough to my friend to chat a bit. The guy who ended up doing my nails seemed like he may have been the owner.  He was extremely nice and talkative.  Maybe too talkative, because sometimes it's nice to just relax and not talk in a salon-setting like this.  But he was friendly and did a wonderful job on my nails.  For a full set of french manicured acrylic nails, it was $35, so I was pretty happy with the pricing too.  I don't typically get my nails done up in Maineville, but if I was in the area again, this is where I'd go! I absolutely love this place and all the techs. I always drop in after work so I LOVE that they are open late during the summer. The family is incredibly nice and sweet. Not to mention my nails always look amazing after visiting. I think it is fairly priced especially since I can go 3 to 4 weeks between fills. This place is by far the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. I moved to this area over the summer and tried out a few other nail salons before finally finding Indulgence. I go every three weeks and I always see Winn. But everyone there is so professional and does phenomenal nail! I always bring in pictures of nail designs I find on Pinterest, and they can recreate them for me flawlessly. I would HIGHLY recommend this nail salon to anyone and everyone. I'm newer to the area and have visited other nail salons I like but aren't that close to my house. I went to Indulgence bc its in a very convenient location for me so I thought I would try them out and hopefully find a new regular place.  I got a manicure and a color change on my toes. They did my color change on my toes first and then my manicure. They did not use toe spacers when painting my toe nails so my second toe bumped into my big toe and smudged it on both feet. I noticed this when I got in my car to leave and did not have time to go back in. Aren't toe spacers pretty basic or at least put tissue between the toes to prevent this? I got a basic manicure (I don't like shellac even though I know it lasts longer). I don't expect regular nail polish to last long but my nails chipped within one day. Kinda disappointing especially bc I have gotten basic manicures at other places that last days longer. The location was very clean however and seemed to be kept up. Overall i just thought the experience was ok. I was not impressed with my nails or the customer service from the woman who did my nails. She was not mean but not very friendly or accommodating either. Don't think I will be back. Read Less

Someone keeps marking this salon as permanently closed. IT IS OPEN! Best nail salon I've been to - my acrylics never break and I'm hard on them. Great people, too. Also, the reviewer complaining about the gift certificate not being honored - IT WAS THREE YEARS OLD. The salon wasn't even owned by the same people then. (Also, look at her other reviews. Everywhere she goes is the "worst experience of her life"). I bought a gift certificate for my coworker and had no problem. Terrific Mother /Daughter Day at Indulgence  Nail Salon! This is my all time favorite  nail salon  and I won't go anywhere else! The staff is friendly and professional and always makes you feel welcome! The quality  of work is exceptional!  Gwen you always do a wonderful  job and I always receive compliments on my nails everywhere  I go...the rest of the staff is always amazing and helpful as well. I visited this nail salon and wanted to use a gift certificate I received from mothers day.  This business refused to honor the gift card in spite of state law.  I had to report them to the Ohio Attorney General and I would not advise anybody to go here due to unethical/illegal business practice. Great place! Great staff! I'm new to the area and couldn't be happier! They all have made me feel so welcome to their salon and to the area! Be careful of some other people that make reviews without disclosing the whole truth.... Such as this place not accepting a gift certificate! I was there when they tried to use that certificate. When a gift certificate EXPIRES that's it!! It was purchased in 2013 from a prior owner to top it all off!! Why would you even try to pull a fast one on them, knowing full well it was expired years ago??? Have you ever tried using an expired certificate at a big name store? Why should this business be any different? This salon did nothing wrong... They are amazing and I feel bad they have to put up with nonsense from people that have no concept of small town businesses! A+++ business, don't listen to that other ridiculous noise!! You know something is up with that customer when this business has nothing but 5 STARS for their fabulous work ethics! I had been to this location under the old management and thought it was okay.  I was excited to go again, seeing that it had so many positive reviews with the new owners. However, I was very disappointed. I went in for a pedicure and shellac manicure.  During the pedicure I was actually in pain from the rough handling.  My toe bled for a good while during the pedicure.  It and the rest of my feet were still sore the next day.  I kept telling myself that it would be worth it when my toes looked great afterward.  However, my big toenail chipped within two days. My manicure was better, but it chipped in 3 days.  The prices are a little high here and not worth it for painful procedures that don't even last a week.  I thought a pedicure was supposed to be relaxing? Visited twice since new management took over. Very nice and down-to-earth people. I love the updated pedicure chairs and manicure centers and the new procedures for giving them . I love this salon. They always make me feel welcome and thank me for coming back - how many times do you hear that at other salons. The interior is decorated nicely, clean, with a relaxing atmosphere. I've been wearing pink and white nails for a number of years and finally found a salon that does excellent work. I am able to go 3 weeks between fill, experience no lifting, and always receive compliments on how nice my nails look. Although I mainly go to the salon for my nails, I also enjoy indulging in the spa pedicure and waxing services. If you are in a rush, you can have your nails done at the same time as your spa pedicure - very convenient. Their pricing reasonable; frankly, inexpensive considering the quality of the work. I had the same pink and white service as the other poster mentioned, but a totally different experience. All of the employees were very nice. I had minimal difficulty understanding/hearing the woman who was doing my nails, but I think that was mainly because she was wearing a face mask and looking down while speaking (it would probably be tough to understand anyone given those circumstances). Overall the salon was very clean and professional. My only complaint is the white tip on my nails is just the slightest bit crooked, but hey, she did it completely freehand (no airbrush with a pattern kit here!), and overall they look great! I really like how they polish the nails with a wax and buffer instead of just laying on the clear coat so no down time while you wait for polish to dry (or risk of denting it while it's still wet). The price wasn't bad at all. I paid $50 for the removal of my old set and a new set (pink and white was $5 extra...not bad at all). I got a pink and white new set there and the nails came out uneven and lumpy. The girl who did my nails did not speak English and had some kinds of attitude to me. I paid $50.00 for it and had to take it off somewhere else. The store looks upscale inside and they try to act upscale but it's totally not worth it. Read Less
