Do not go here. I got a shellac French manicure that I was told would last two weeks and it was a disaster from the start. I had to to get two fake nails due to my nails breaking and one of them wasn't even put on properly. Then, after not even 72 hours, one of my actual nails breaks in half. The day after that, the shellac ripped off another nail to where there is nothing left. Two days after that, it happened again to another nail. I called to ask for some money back and was told "You should have called the day it happened, I can't prove that's actually when it happened." They refused to refund anything. I have been going to this shop since they opened nearly five years ago. It is by far the best nail salon I have been to. Tina is now doing a "dip"method and for the first time in my life I have a full set if my own natural nails. This method is actually good for your own nails allowing them to grow and providing nutrients to them.  Pedicures are always great.  If you have an appointment they are almost always on time. I stopped in here last minute when I realized the holidays start basically tomorrow and I had let my nails go for over a month without changing the polish.  They were super accommodating even though it was slammed!  I was in and out with some freshly fancied fingers!  You cannot beat the prices compared to most other salons in the area.  Shellac is $25 and they have a huge variety of colors. I highly recommend Pink Nails!  Both technicians who did my nails were very gentle and paid attention to detail.  They gave me an excellent pedicure and the best shellac manicure in my life!  Be sure to make an appointment- they are always busy and booked (which is a good sign).  I will definitely return. I recently visited Pink Nails with very high expectations due to reviews I had read on Yelp. I honestly was not that impressed. I am HUGE on taking your time on the massage, as I get my nails done for the relaxation factor. I would say the massage on my feet was maybe 5 mins and the one on my hands was not even 15 seconds per hand. I was VERY disappointed in this. They also don't really include much in the "deluxe pedicure".. everything is a la carte which makes it much more expensive. They also don't turn on their paraffin wax machine in the summer.. only in the winter - what about us runners? We love the paraffin wax, it helps soften our calluses.  My manicure was mediocre, if that. The guy did a great job on the actual french gel, he had a very steady hand and was professional, but my massage was TERRIBLE. There honestly wasn't even a massage, it was maybe 15 seconds per hand. I usually let my gel last 3-4 weeks and this time, it was only 2 weeks as the gel started chipping.. which means it's old or has been tampered with. ***A lot of people don't know this.. but Shellac is actually a BRAND of gel, a lot of people think that Shellac is another word for gel, it's not. A lot of nail salons say they "do Shellac" when in reality, it's just that they do gel... and don't actually use Shellac brand. Shellac is the most expensive brands of gel, so a lot of places use a cheaper version of gel. BE CAREFUL OF THIS***Overall, gave them 2 out of 5 stars. First time here and this is probably one of the best pedicures I've ever had. Jenny did my nails and she didn't rush at all. As a matter of fact she took a delightfully longer amount of time on my exfoliation and lotion massages on my feet/legs. It felt amazing. She was also super friendly. After a winter in hiding my feet came in here pretty rough but now they look gorgeous. Polish is perfect and I feel great. Salon is very bright and very clean. Overall a great experience. Pink is the only place I will let touch my nails. Tina, the owner is the sweetest and provides quality nails. All of her employees take their time and make sure my mani/pedi are perfect. If they make a mistake or something doesn't go right, they make the effort to fix that every time without me asking. I arrived on a busy Saturday in May at noon and the start of the season for summer sandals and pedicures but I was promptly greeted, signed in, picked my polish and quickly off to the last remaining pedicure chair.  Free wifi was nice to check over a few emails while soaking. I have never been somewhere where everyone was super nice and friendly, also the first time ive ever been somewhere they used my nail versus the tips. Was seated right away and I even got the the owner who did my nails... SCORESuper clean and sanitary everything out in the open so you know everything has been cleaned for you. I have never met the owner of any salons.Tina is by far the best nail tech I have ever seen and loved that she w.as so hands on with her own business. It is clean, run efficiently, and looks to have all new equipment.  Stocked with the latest polishes, gels, shellac and more I'm sure!
