Worst pedicure I've ever had. They only use large implements to remove calluses and the technituan was very careless. She scraped my ankles and healthy skin with the grater because she wasn't paying attention to the way she was angling the grater. She didn't attempt to remove calluses on my little toes. I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails (shape wise) and verbally said it and I was completely ignored because my nails are an ugly square shape versus rounded out. The staff didn't talk to me and rushed me out so they could all go home an hour early. I'm extremely upset and won't be returning.Read Less

I visited Bella Nails today for a manicure and pedicure.  They do a fantastic job of keeping my nails in a presentable condition considering how hard I am on my nails.  I find it hard to not use my fingernails as screwdrivers or scrapers or to pry things. And they are in water many times a day.  So they perform minor miracles on them.  The manicure starts with a sudsy soak in warm water with glass trinkets on the bottom of the bowl.  It's a nice touch.  They oil and lotion my hands during the process.  When finished I head over to the pedicure chair and major miracles happen.  Their chairs are the kind that have rubbing rollers in the back or you can have it vibrate.  You can lean it back or move it forward.  The water in the foot basin has jets and they can adjust it to the temperature of your choice.  When my old manicurists sold their business to relocate, I tried the new group but was not happy with them.  I tried several locations in the Loveland/Mason area but found that some were not clean at all.  Some talked about what they had done on their last dates - like what they drank and how hard it was to get up the next day.  Some didn't even clean their instruments between customers!  Then I found Bella and have been going to them ever since. The workers have stayed the same for the two years I have been going there.  And they are incredibly clean.  Each client gets a freshly cleaned set of instruments used on them.  I was a last appointment one time and found that they remove everything off their stations and clean under it all.  The floors are carefully mopped.  The foot basins/tubs are disinfected and rinsed out.  My number one person there is Lan.  She is gentle on my old body and does a great job on my pedicures.  She has such a gentle touch that my arthritis does not even scream, as it did in another place that had no concept of how to work with the elderly.  That's not to say the others aren't just as gentle.  It's just that Lan has done all my appointments.  I see Henry being patient with the older men who come in because they no longer have the dexterity to cut their own nails.  The only negative I can think of is that they are not very conversational. They get down to their work and have you on your way.  That isn't a problem for me but some folks like a place that is more like a beauty salon with lots of talking.  They do have accents but are not insulted if I ask them to say something again. This is my go to nail place when I'm in the area but as of lately there customer service skill have been lacking big time. I called to make an appointment and then called a few moments later and a very rude employee answered saying "WHAT DO YOU WANT! YOU MADE AN APPOINTMENT ALREADY!" They are very affordable and do pretty good work but I can't continue to spend my money somewhere where I'm not respected as a customer :( Read Less

I love every French pedicure I have gotten here. I am one of those people who like to do my own nails to save money-but every once in awhile, I need to treat myself (or don't want to put up with trying to make straight lines in a French pedicure)! I have never made an appointment, and I can always walk right in. My pedicures tend to last very long-especially when I go the 'natural' route with French.
