I called the day before to make an appointment for gel polish and was told that they had an appointment available at 10:15. I arrived right around 10:10 to sign in and was told to go wait in a corner ...
I called the day before to make an appointment for gel polish and was told that they had an appointment available at 10:15. I arrived right around 10:10 to sign in and was told to go wait in a corner where people were waiting for their polish to dry. I had to wait an hour past my scheduled appointment time. The staff was very rushed and not friendly. No one ever acknowledged the wait, and multiple times people who signed in after me were served before me. When I finally was instructed on where to sit the tech was clearly in a hurry and not friendly. When I left the top coat of the gel polish was all over the tips of my fingers and around the skin on the edges of my nails.

A friend of mine had her pedicure done at place and got a staph infection on one of her toes and she might lose one toe or foot over this no joke. Foot doctor said report the store so beautiful.

The worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I’m not the one to post a bad review unless it’s horrible. I asked for square shaped but filed a little narrow and they gave me unevened coffin shaped nails. The two last visits, both nail techs have been rude. They are very careless. You can still see my nail color from the visit before also.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They get me in every time as quick as they can with or without an appointment. Their costs are comparable to other places around the area. The technicians are very proficient and what they do. I don't have any lifting or any issues with my nails. This is my go-to place.

I had a picture of a full set of ombré French manicure nails that I took in today to have done. Service was super prompt and I believe it was Tracy that did my nails. She was super sweet and professional. She took the time to explain the different ways I could achieve the look I wanted and even completely removed one set nail because she didn't think it looked good enough. I felt like she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my full set. Will definitely be going back to her for all my fills!

Absolutely horrible they weren't at one point but now the past 4 visits I've been there has been horrible and a waste of my money. They have lost so many customers I know personally because of how unprofessional they are. Wouldn't go there again myself or recommend anyone to them like I have in the past.

Was looking to switch nail spas & went with my daughter to get 2 new sets of gel nails done. They said it would be 30-45mins. And we waited for an hour. Very little attention, no smiles & didn't even get us seated at any of the tables. So I wasted an hour of my time & it's too bad because I tip VERY WELL & was looking for a new partnership. I'm glad your so busy but at least be customer oriented & acknowledge those who are waiting so long for your services!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They get me in every time as quick as they can with or without an appointment. Their costs are comparable to other places around the area. The technicians are very proficient and what they do. I don't have any lifting or any issues with my nails. This is my go-to place.

She was super sweet and professional. She took the time to explain the different ways I could achieve the look I wanted and even completely removed one set nail because she didn't think it looked good enough. I felt like she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my full set. Will definitely be going back to her for all my fills!

Absolutely horrible they weren't at one point but now the past 4 visits I've been there has been horrible and a waste of my money. They have lost so many customers I know personally because of how unprofessional they are. Wouldn't go there again myself or recommend anyone to them like I have in the past.
