Really nice place with nice people. They did a great job on my acrylics with gel! They don’t have a lot of gel colors to pick from, which sucks. The guy who did my nails, did not give a hand massage or lotion at the end. However, overall, it was a good experience. Read Less

I was a regular customer here eventhough they were pricey.  A friend recommended another salon to me, so I tried it.  The staff was more social and a little less expensive.  It wasn't as close as Metro was, so I decided to return to Metro.  I was back and they asked me where I went before and I told them,  not to mention their prices increased.  After being there for about 6 weeks,I returned less than a week after I had a balance and gel polish for a minor repair.  When I came in I told them about the repair.  I sat down and the owner looked at it and said where did you get your nails done?  I told him here, he said before that.  I told him and them he said,"You go there to get your nails done and you come here for repair?  I politely said yes.  Not only was his response rude, he was very pompous .  I really wanted to say to him, "Do you want me to because I will".  His staff constantly speaks in their native tongue over the customers which is also very rude and unprofessional.  The prices are not competitive and the service isn't professional.  There is no way I will ever return there after my last experience there. I broke my acrylics this morning and they looked terrible. I needed a place to get me in fast before work and I looked up this place right down the road. I got in fast and my lady really took care of me. Great conversation and so friendly. She also payed attention to detail with my nails I was impressed. Happy customer :)) Read Less

My experience here has been so bad that I'm writing the review as my toes are still being painted. First I called and asked if they accepted walk ins considering I'm relocating so I'm on the road and it isn't like I could really make an appointment and the guy was all like hey yeah and hung up. Giving my lack of time to get my toes done was limited I jumped on the opportunity because I had right at an hour to waste. I get here after finding it on google maps and when I walk in and tell them what I want he looked me up and down like I was a piece of garbage that just blew in off the street. Granted I'm in traveling clothes and I'm probably not smelling the prettiest but I JUST CAME INTO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT TO GIVE YOU BUSINESS. Then he has the audacity to suck his teeth at me while letting me know what I wanted was 20 dollars more than the regular pedicure. Alright? Cool. Then I picked what color polish I want. The color was 418. She bought out 417. But that's ok. Very easy to make that mistake. But I picked a pink and you brought out blue and started painting my toes. Like. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL MUCH? There are 3 customers and then 3 technicians. Then the color was still wrong. Bright orange. And I told her and she just kept painting and said. No no no. The more coats the more pink it will look. I'm wearing gel polish. If I say it's the wrong color or I'm not happy then you stop painting. I could go on and on but these people are just desensitized to the real world or something. They live in the god damn matrix. Read Less

I have been getting my nails done for years and had cut the tip of my finger off and my nail had grown back very weird and deformed...and not until I came here did anyone ever try to fix it or make it look normal. Thomas is wonderful and took the time to fix my nail and made it look normal again. I will never go anywhere else. The pedicures are wonderful as well!!! Read Less

BEST pedicure! They really spend along of time massaging and working your legs! AMAZING value and prices are great for all you get with it! Clean and the guys are really nice and speak English. This is my regular nail place and they do a great job every single time.Read Less
