I splurged on the gel powder French manicure for my birthday. VERY HAPPY with them! Hannah explained everything well (first time for me with the powder) and she did excellent work. 3 weeks and no chips! Will need another visit soon because my nails grow fast. Overall displeased with my experience. The majority of the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming and my technician was scowling during my manicure. I got gel powder with French tips and some of my nails were filed crooked making the tip crooked. I have had better services elsewhere. Read Less

Visited on a Friday afternoon. Called beforehand to try and make an appointment given that there were four of us coming and was told that they only take appointments Monday-Wednesday. Quite a few people (what seemed like regulars) came in after we had signed in. Was bullied by the person checking customers in to get something that I did not want. Got a gel manicure that was rushed, and came out with my fingers being completely dry and my cuticles cut down so far that they were bleeding. If I could give them a zero I would but it won't allow me to. They heavily overcharge and add to the price after they give you one price. They add on extra taxes and charge for every piece of sanitary equipment they use. They didn't do my nails the way I asked them to and they came out horribly. They had a bad attitude and were rushed to get us out. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I've been getting my nails done for a very long time. Read Less

Love Nom and he does amazing work but, the other worker or the establishment are thieves. I checked my account and seen they had taken an additional $21.25. I will be contacting the bank and disputing the charges as I have my original receipt. I just can't believe this. Read Less

Went in to get a service for 2 of us. I'm assuming he is the owner told us to sign in so we did then he asked around to his workers in Chinese language and I'm assuming no one was available for us to get our services done so he said for one of us to sit at booth one so i let my daughter go first. He asked if we had our previous service done there I said no. So after that he was very very rude and hurting my daughter's hands twisting her fingers around and being very ruff with her. Then was rude to ask her what length she wanted and she didn't understand what he asked so I tried to explain it to her and he said. Just forget it I will do what I want and started in. Now let me just say that I would have usually went off but I kept my mouth shut. I wouldn't take my dog to these people. Ruff with a child and rude. My money spends the same way everyone else's does.
