I've been going to Unique every 2 to 3 weeks for the past two years to have my nails and toes done as well as my eyebrows waxed. They do a great job and have awesome customer service! In my opinion, you get what you pay for so the prices are very fair for the job they do. Not to mention it is no doubt the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. Highly recommend Unique if you are a shellac/gel polish lover or SNS dip powder, they have a huge selection of colors for both. Love the salon and the people who work here! Read Less

I have been there on two different occasions the first one was on June 29th i arrived at approximately 5:35 was told it would be about a 35 minute wait not a big deal considering that's usually the wait at a nail salon well when 715 came and I was still sitting in the lobby and I had watched a nail tech 35 to 40 minutes earlier get up and go to the back and stay hidden finally at approximately 7:15 the same Nail Tech that have been gone for 35 to 45 minutes come out sat me down and I told her I said I have plans at 8 I've been sitting here since 5:30 you know I need to hurry this up and all I was there for was a fill in so she doesn't speak any English and she doesn't know what I'm saying she is literally taking the color off of my nails with a hand file and I even asked her why won't you use nail polish remover it goes quicker finally they sent a boy over who spoke English I told him what I needed he then move me with another girl at this point I told her you have 15 to 20 minutes to get me out of here I have plans she was very nice she got me in she got me out I get home I look at the nails every one of them are completely slanted and crooked you know what I chalked it up to being my fault because I was now in a rush I didn't look at them and inspect them like I typically do you know what I chalked it up to that was my fault for not inspecting them I'll get them fixed next time I go 10 days after being there my left thumb nail is broken my right middle finger nail is lifting I go into the shop today hours are 11 to 4 I arrive there at 3:02 p.m. I tell him I just need to nail repairs I sat there for about 20 minutes and a boy comes over and says can you just come back tomorrow and I was like excuse me no I have to work that's why I came today he goes well the only person that does acrylic is about a 45 to 55 minute wait I said okay and he goes well can you just come back tomorrow? Wow i really felt totally pressured and basically felt like I was being told to leave and come back tomorrow very rude very disrespectful not friendly now granted I do love a couple people there who absolutely phenomenal work and that's the main reason why I continue to go there but at this point that treatment by the staff and the salon in general I think I'll be going elsewhere.
