Got a manicure on Tuesday. Worst manicure I've ever had in my life. The lady wasn't friendly at all, I can deal with that, but she absolutely destroyed my cuticles. My nails look worse now than they did before I went in. I got two coats of polish, no base coat, no top coat. Nails chipped within a day. Really disappointed in this place. I love small, family owned businesses. This salon is fantastic at their craft, smile and greet you by name when you walk in the door. Always willing to do whatever you ask and very diligent with their work. Vicky has done some amazing designs I never would have imagined would fit on nails. Absolutely the best pedicure I have had in the Greater Cincinnati area!  Kim did a very thorough job.  The location is very clean and calming.  They weren't too busy when I arrived at 5:45 on a Thursday, but it got busy by the time I left almost an hour later.  They were good and quick!  I did get a buy up on the pedicure (totally worth it!) but also a pretty design.  You get what you pay for and this place was worth it!  I will be back again!
