I have been following Mary for many, many years. In my opinion, she is one of the best in the industry. I would follow her anywhere! The Anthony Vince nail spa itself is absolutely beautiful. I have never been happy with my pedicures here. They rush through them so much that she was skipping steps, like forgetting the hot towels. After I reminded her, she tried to laugh it off.  The leg and foot rub lasted about 20 seconds.  I had asked her to clip the nails down a bit and she started to file them with a very flimsy nail file. I asked her to clip them shorter so she did, but not short enough. I asked her to go a little shorter and she said she couldn't. My big toenails were hitting the end of my shoes so I ended up clipping them at home. I was a little hesitant to go here given some of the reviews. Honestly I had a gift card and an upcoming vacation so I decided to give it a chance. I felt like the staff was very kind and accommodating. There were some things I didn't understand and they were willing to take time to explain it to me, which most salons just express irritation and become impatient with you, I did not experience that here. I thought the staff was very friendly. I had opted for gel acrylic, but loved a color on the wall for it, multiple staff members helped me search for the closest related color and I absolutely loved it. They could've easily said "no we don't have gel in that color" and left it alone, but they went out of their way to help me get the color I was looking for. I only did four stars because I felt like the pedicures were over-priced. A basic is over $30 and I didn't feel like my feet left any smoother or "pampered" than when I left. She did fine on the paint job. I almost wish I had opted to just do them myself or go to a more budget friendly salon for my toes. A lot of people said that they felt hurried or rushed... I felt like they moved quickly but I never felt rushed. This is what a $58 pedicure looks like apparently. Polish left over on my skin on multiple toes, and the cuticles were just painted over. All the nails are cut unevenly. They even knew I was a new customer. Customer service was fine, the place seems clean, but the quality of work isn't there. As kind as Nalini and her salon was, I am disappointed in the quality of the shellac manicure and service I experienced. First, I noticed she did not change the towel from the lady who had her nails done before me. Second, she cut the cuticle/skin too deep around my thumb and it continued to sting (and scab) for 2-3 days following my visit. Lastly, I was told that their way of doing a shellac manicure made it much durable than other salons - my nails began to peel from all angles after 5 days. After 1 week, two nails chipped. At the 1.5 week mark, the white tips have a crackled effect which I've never experienced before in a French manicure. I will not be returning. Read Less

I was not impressed at all, staff was decent but not super inviting just mediocre. My nail tech was pretty quiet even when I tried to engage her in conversation. Never asked me if I liked my nails. My total with a regular pedicure and gel manicure came to $67, then $70 with tax and that was before a tip. It was not worth it I will not be back. Read Less

I walked-in to Anthony Vince for a spa pedicure on a Saturday night. There was some sort of party there with 5-6 women plus 4-5 young girls with them, so on top of their normal Saturday busyness they were a bit extra crowded. That said, my friend and I waited about 20 minutes for a chair and we were good to go. I would say the pedicure was exactly what I was expecting. The calf massage wasn't anything to write home about, but that's not really why I go so I wasn't worried about it. My toes look great, and after 5 days there are  no signs of chipping. I fully expect it to last the 6ish weeks that most of my pedis do. What was nice about this place that I've never seen before is they have a wine and champagne bar in the salon. If I wasn't pregnant I would definitely have had a glass of champagne. Such a great idea, I'm really surprised I don't see it more!I would note two things: 1) Like many nail salons in the area they only accept cash tips. So as usual I had to use their ATM (and pay a fee) in order to tip them because I didn't think ahead. Honestly my own fault, but kind of a pain. 2) Because they were so crowded there wasn't a seat for my friend and I to let our nails dry. We stood in the doorway for a few hoping something would open up, but the party that was there took the whole table and didn't show any signs of moving. BEWARE! Anthony Vince Nail Spa does not deserve even 1 star. I had my nails done yesterday, 4/26 and hated my experience. I never expect perfect but I do expect to get what I paid for especially seems how I don't ask for anything absurd. I have had my nails done for the last 6-7 years routinely. I have had some not so good experiences but this was by far the absolute worse. The white nail picture is the inspiration I had for my nails minus the stones. As you see, they are no where near close. There is not 1 nail with a straight point; or even somewhat even sides to the black portion; some of the pink is see through because she did not put enough acrylic powder (she even noticed, said "oh that looks bad" and LEFT IT); I had to tell her to add more acrylic near my skin as I could see a decent amount of my nails-she informed me that they normally leave a space so they don't touch the skin with the drill which I have never heard of that before (you can see in a few pictures there are still gaps); she did not have the correct tools to edge the black - she was using nail tips to edge the black; all of my nails are different thicknesses, you can see underneath my nails some of the black that she did not scrape off completely; my thumb nails are shorter than my finger nails and 1 is much shorter than the other; she began to put acrylic on my non-shaped nails and I had to remind her to shape them into coffin before doing so; it took her OVER an hour to glue on tips, shape the nails, add and shape just the black portion of the acrylic. After correcting her multiple times, I gave up and just let her finish as I was too far into have her pull everything off. It probably would have took her even longer to pull everything off. My own boyfriend was very disappointed in how we were treated and how this whole process happened. On top of it all, she tried to OVER CHARGE me what I was quoted!! I was quoted around $42. She tried charging me just over $60 which supposedly was discounted!! I had to talk to 4 people, all of whom who acted like they had no idea what was going on even after I showed them my nails. Mind you while all this is going on, 1 lady was getting a pedicure and was constantly correcting the 2 ladies that were for her appointment, and a HS student's mother was having words with her daughter's tech trying to figure out if they had rhinestones (which they do not - so weird) along with a few other issues. I'm sure I am missing something, but this is more than enough. Never again, life lesson. It is now water under the bridge and I will never go back. Not even to have my nails corrected. Save yourself time, and money. **UPDATE** 4 days after I had my nails done, the acrylic on my nails began to lift at the base of my mail snagging everything. Fast forward to 2.5 weeks after I got my nails done, I close a door and my nail barely touches the door knob and snapped my nail that was lifting. 2 stars  "Meh, I've had better experiences"  If your looking for an ok mani pedi this is a good option.  I am looking for a Salon where I love my mani pedi.  They file the way I like, they push back my cuticles and trim them the way I like, and the nail polish should be current colors and less than a year old would be fantastic.  I am over places that hand you cards of sample nail colors and then you pick a color and it looks nothing like what's on the card.  I realize this will cost more so that's why I say if your into quick mani pedi's this place is ok. Very very pricey. I got a simple gel manicure for $37 no tip included! A regular gel polish is $25- that includes removing your regular nail polish, file & trim. My nails are already starting to bubble on the sides & little pieces are stuck in the gel that is causing them to bump up. The decor is very nice though, clean and friendly service. Very swanky interior!  This location is fairly new and everything is clean and new.  I tried the hot stone pedicure - which includes a glass of wine.  Nice surprise!!  Very nice massage chairs - good massage action and quiet - Easy to relax!  Tech gave a good, long foot and leg massage and did a nice job on my pedi. I walked in, really excited because this place was so cool looking, and was waiting for a tech for 5 minutes (which is fine) I went to her table and she did the shaping my nails which was great, but she left to do another client. A man came and stood over her and talked which made me uncomfortable and might have made her uncomfortable too, but it was in Vietnamese so I couldn't know. She left, and he did the painting. But before he painted, he asked me to pay. Ok..? Weird..? So I dug in my purse and paid him, then he painted. I'm really upset with the service I received on my last visit here. I've been coming here off and on since they opened this location last year. And I RAVED about this place. But the last time I went, one of the nail techs dropped a bottle of nail polish on the floor and it shattered, splatting nail polish all over my shoes. He apologized and the tech that was working on my pedicure tried getting the stain out but you can't get nail polish out of canvas shoes. It stained immediately. I was really shocked I wasn't offered a discount, a comped service or anything for my inconvenience. The manager of the salon stood and watched the whole thing. Didn't come over and apologize or offer to reimburse me for my now ruined shoes. I was very upset by this whole experience. I emailed customer service. Someone got back to me within a few days and offered me a $20 gift card. The gesture was kind however $20 doesn't cover any service. I always get a gel polish manicure with a spa pedicure plus add ons. Maybe that would cover my tip? Not to mention the fact that I have shoes that are now ruined. $20 doesn't even cover to replace my shoes. I replied to the email two weeks ago explaining this and I haven't heard anything. Which is why I'm here. Your nail techs do good work, I love the atmosphere and the location. But I won't come here again if I can't get this resolved. Customer service is key and I won't bring my hard earned money to a business who doesn't give me good customer service. I want to feel like I'm being taken care of. Visited on 6/17 for a gel mani and pedi, and not even a full week later my gel is peeling and chipping off. I've been getting gel manis for years, and take care of my hands and know how to protect the gel so it lasts at least 2 weeks. The gel and manicure was $37, the place I typically visit charges $28 and I can get a full 3 weeks sometimes longer. The salon was lovely, but not worth the price. Also, you can only tip in cash and it's complete inconvenience. There's a sketchy looking ATM in the salon that I'm sure charges a ton of fees to use, it's not only an inconvenience to the customer but to your staff who I'm sure get shorted out of tips a lot. I've been twice since their recent opening and had consistently great service both times. Thankfully it may still be a well-kept secret and so, they are rarely overrun with people. Varied and high quality selection of polish.  Very kind technicians. This was by far the best pedicure I've ever had. Anna is phenomenal. She was so kind and spent at least 20 minutes on the massage alone.
