When I first began going to Nail Quest, I was very satisfied with the services I received. But, the past few times I have gone, I have been very displeased with the way my nails looked. When I went 2 nail appointments ago, I requested gel and specifically stated no manicure. When the only male employee who works there took my nail polish off he proceeded to attempt to do a manicure and I once again told him, I do not want a manicure and he acted like he didn't understand me for the second time. Today when I went, the older woman did my nails (not the manger Hannah - Hannah is the only good staff member who works there). I picked out a blush color and when she put the first layer on my nails I asked "oh is that NUDE color going to darken up?" She says "yes look at the box, it's blush". Well she proceeds to paint my nails nude and at the end she ask "do you like it? It looks pretty" and I told her "it's not the color that I wanted and I told you that". So she proceeds to say "I don't know what you want me to do" she walks away and grabs the color that she thinks I might like. Paints one layer over the nude color and then says "next time you need to tell me sooner if you if don't like it". Well I did and like the male staff member, failed to listen to what the costumer wanted. On top of that, I like to get a sparkly color painted over one nail as an accent color and I told her I didn't want the main color painted with the sparkly, I just wanted the sparkly overload on one nail. What does she do? Proceed to paint my nail the same color as the rest and slap one layer of sparkly gold on my accent nails. With that being said, the nail polish is thick, clunky, and I have polish and clear coat all over my cuticles and fingers, so I don't intend on this color lasting for very long with the way the end product looks. My complaints go much further than the past 2 services but these last 2 issues are what set me off. I think the staff here often forgets I am paying for the service not them. Unfortunately after too many visits of not being satisfied with my service, Nail Quest has lost a costumer for I will NOT be returning.

They have two great workers including the manager they need more help! But they do great work.... they have a punch card 10th service is free! I've been coming since I moved to polaris area back in nov. 2017 I lost my card and the manager told me I had to start over lmao after she's seen me for months I thought that was rude but hey Business is Business ... I found a new place around the corner and they are very friendly and wouldn't mind considering punching my new card even if I lost it which is great!

I'm new to to the Polaris area and I've been to two different nail salons and they were okay! then I find nail Quest online!!🙌 and what I liked about it is that the hours are great💅 and they're even open on Sundays😳! the staff are very friendly☺ the staff doesn't just try to sell you certain things for money!! they're really nice, friendly, their outgoing I highly recommend this place!!! never a long wait.they get you IN AND OUT! great conversation! when you're sitting getting your nails done 5 STAR LADIES AT NAIL QUEST KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I went to Nail Quest on 7/3 for just a balance because the normal salon I go to was booked. The employees were very friendly and the salon was beautiful. I was lucky enough to have Hannah do my nails....
I went to Nail Quest on 7/3 for just a balance because the normal salon I go to was booked. The employees were very friendly and the salon was beautiful. I was lucky enough to have Hannah do my nails. She was fast, had attention to detail, and super sweet! I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants their nails to look great! I've had already received multiple compliments on mine!

Since moving to Ohio last year, I've been on the hunt for a go to nail salon, one that you can develop a relationship with, and know what you're getting when you go. For a while, that was Quest. I was STOKED. Until today. I went in today with a friend, we both knew what we wanted color wise, and were stoked to be getting our nails done together. Both my friend and I are vocal people. If something needs to be tweaked we're happy to address it then and there. So when both of our manicures started to go side ways, we did address it. What we ended up with was nails that are not even, gel polish that is lumpy and carries over to the skin around our nails, which when we asked to have it fixed resulted in the filing of our nails far further down than we are able to fix. What we're left with is a crappy gel manicure that we'll have to try and either fix ourselves, or go and spend another $100 to get fixed elsewhere. Which brings me to my next point. If you're going to raise the prices from $30 to $40 (no small jump) and you take down all of your pricing signage, maybe make a mention of it to your clients who've not been in in a while, BEFORE you start the manicure. And if you're going to charge $40 per manicure, I expect a whole hell of a lot more than a cursory slap of lotion as a massage, and Alicia didn't even get that. Don't waste your time.

The new owner was very nice. I've been going to this salon for 8 years and seen the management change a few times. The staff is smaller so if you are in hurry this might not be the best option, because it was little slow taking off gel polish, but overall decent experience. $35 for gel manicure with lots of options for colors.

As the owner of Nail Quest I feel that it is important to set the record straight, Mr. Jason Finneran. I am truly sorry that your wife's gift certificate expired. You purchased it from the previous owner of this salon. I bought the business on May 23, several weeks after Mothers Day, which was May 8. I would have gladly honored the certificate until November 8, even though I would not have made ANY money by doing so, because its the right thing to do. The certificate clearly states that it expires in 6 months. You came into my salon on November 21, realizing this. I'm a small business owner with 4 children to support and I work 60 hours a week . When you talked so rude to me it hurt me because I am a good person who would not hurt anyone....but I must make money or go out of business! Again, I'm sorry that you are unhappy, but the issue was due to your negligence, not mine.

New owner did an amazing job with my pedicure and gel manicure! She was even able to replicate the design I found on pintrest The massage chairs are better than any other salon I've visited.

I've followed Hannah for some time, and you will not be disappointed with her or any of the other worker's service! Great designs and wide selection of colors. Very friendly and competent in the field...
I've followed Hannah for some time, and you will not be disappointed with her or any of the other worker's service! Great designs and wide selection of colors. Very friendly and competent in the field! I would make an appointment as they often get busy, but you won't regret giving Nail Quest a try!

When I first began going to Nail Quest, I was very satisfied with the services I received. But, the past few times I have gone, I have been very displeased with the way my nails looked. When I went 2 nail appointments ago, I requested gel and specifically stated no manicure. When the only male employee who works there took my nail polish off he proceeded to attempt to do a manicure and I once again told him, I do not want a manicure and he acted like he didn't understand me for the second time.
