Disappointed asked for repair and fill in. And ended up with a whole take off and full set an gel. Which would have been fine but I asked for coffin and didn't get that at all. My nails are every shape but coffin and the gel she used or maybe how she filed them, they look wavy an uneven and have a bubble. I will be calling to see if tomoro they can fix it. I called in advance to make an appointment and clearly stated what I wanted. When I arrived there, I was told that what I wanted would take too long to do (pink on white acrylic) so I said ok to just plain white tips. By the time my nails were done, they were all crooked and every single one had bubbles under. It was an awful experience. Please do not go there unless you just want a simple manicure. Read Less

The atmosphere is very pleasant. Everyone is so friendly. I got my nails done, and eyebrows arched today. I must say I felt right at home. Twi was awesome, as well as the tech that did my eyebrows. I've been coming here for years. Everytime I'm in Dayton I come here. I've been invited other places by family or friends and never seem to have as good of an experience anywhere else. I generally sit fast and it always looks great. Love the pedicure. My feet feel 100% different after leaving. Can't day enough to good things. Read Less

The people are super nice!  I went on my lunch break as a walk-in for a pedicure. They made sure I was done and back to work in time.  The tools were disinfected in a special disinfecting oven between clients. The pedicure chairs looked new and were cleaned between customers. The floors were laminate wood floors. Everything was spotlessly clean. They did a really good job on my pedicure and gave a FABULOUS foot and leg massage!  Very pleased and I will definitely be back!!!!! Read Less

The staff here seem friendly and the prices are cheap, but my polish always takes hours to dry. I've sat in there with my nails under uv light for an hour and my nails smudge as soon as I touch anything the wrong way. I think they put too many layers of polish on to persuade one to get the more expense shellac polish. Read Less

VERY nice people. I went for the first time with a friend who is a regular customer. BUT...they didn't use any disinfectant. At all. Tools were re-used without even being wiped down. The place was dirty and outdated. Tubs where customer after customer put their feet were just sprayed out with water and refilled, not bleached or anything. Dead skin shavings from during pedicures fell to the carpet (they were picked up with a dustbuster immediately afterward, to their credit). Generic chemicals used in non-descript bottles; not sure what was in there, but they looked and smelled cheap. Summary in a word: ewwww. Read Less

The brother and sister team running this establishment are exceptional at customer service and nail sets! I prefer Donna myself; however Jon is just as amazing at what he does. Both provide superior talent and service and the end results are mirror slick and polished smooth. There are no details too small as to be beyond their notice and they give every comfort while attending to your every need. Donna gives the most incredible pedicures in the WORLD! Her pedicures are great for someone such as I with diabetic feet who needs to be extremely careful of her feet, and if there are special needs, Donna works them into her treatment.
