I got gel removed from my natural natural nails and I want them done over with designs on my index finger, thumb and Ring finger. when I came in the girl who was doing my nails complimented me on the designs I had already had from a place I went to out of state. I told her I wanted the same thing but the designs CLD be different a lil. Well they were, and the girl who did my nails had some one else do the designs. This lady rushed through like she was just slapping some color on no authenticity in designs. I asked for dots on my thumbs and she had smear them on without it being uniform. I was the 3rd person there once they opened at 9am and came to be 11:30am and only got a crappy pedicure done. My nail polish was ridiculously cluppy. And while I waited i was asking about pricing and the girls wanted to put it up 5-10 dolares more than what they had told me in the begining . The girl had me wait for one of the others to finish up with a customer so she could do the dipping powder nail set. And it came to be 11:30am and that girl I had to wait for went on to... helped a customer that was already being helped by the guy with her daughter. So I told her and all she said was "ohh so sorry" Mind you I over herd they where frequent customers. So how do they want new ones if they favor the ones that go often?? Not coming back thats for sure and you try and make a appointment with them and they say just to go "early" then the girl that did my pedicure wanted me to pay her once she was done wbich i didnt i told her i would pay all together. So once i decided to leave and pay i told her as well that it was ridiculous that i was sitting there for more than a hour and she said they where tbere before, they where but they where both being helped by the same guy.. So after that she just said sorry and stayed quiet ..So if your going as a new customer be prepared for a 2-3 hour wait, since they pay more attention to the frequent customer. Press-ons or nah 🤔🤔🤔 I had nails on for 2 weeks. After they grew out I noticed lifting and my nails just “felt” weak like they would break off. You know the feeling after you went about a month with no fill in... So I was looking at the lifting to see how bad and POP the whole nail came OFF. ALL 10 nails popped off. Looks like I had on press ons smh. And while I was getting the service, the girl doing my nails was rushing because she had someone who had an appointment coming in soon. She also did my nails crooked and when I told her, she told me “no that’s your finger”. I do not have crooked fingers. The owner even came over and noticed the nail was crooked and tried to fix it but it didn’t help much as the tip was on wrong and more filing made the shape odd. And because she was in a rush she didn’t offer to fix it. I didn’t want to make a scene so I just laid and left. Not know all my nails would pop off like press ons when it was time for a refill. Got my nails done... broke two days later because they were so thin. Tried to come in today to get them fixed but they wouldn't because they close at 6 & it's my only day off to make it in time so I can get the same color before they close!!! Very disappointed Read Less

I came into this place wanting a manicure and saw that most of their reviews were five stars.  I called and asked the price for a manicure and was told it would cost $15.00.  I came in and signed in stating I wanted a manicure on the sign in sheet.  A young woman who is the daughter of the manager started my nails believing that I wanted a gel.  She spent a large part of the time removing the previous gel off my nails (her fault), plus nail tech never mentioned how much it would cost to remove gel.  When she was about to re-gel my nails, I stopped her and told her that I was here for a manicure; she became frustrated because of her mistake and spoke to her management/mother who suggested to send me out without the manicure because my nails looked clean enough (sigh).  I wanted a manicure, and that is what I requested. The manager's daughter did a great job, but she rushes through toward the end because she had another customer waiting and then told me that someone was going to handle my payment and she left to see about her other client.  When I finished drying, I went up to the desk to pay and was met by the mother/manager and she then told me that to remove the gel would be $7.00, (granted I pay $3.00 at a more luxury nail establishment).  I told the manager that I was surprised that it cost so much and that it should have said from the start how much they were charging to remove my gel because I would have liked the opportunity to accept or gone somewhere else.  The manager then proceeded to get loud with me after I asked her not too.  At that point, I felt disrespected and talked loud back at her.  After a few insulting presumptions about my character, I promise never to come back and to share my story.  The manager was the most unprofessional and ratchet person I have met in a long time.  She did not care about making a right and did not care to see my money in her nail salon again.  Wish granted! I just moved to Huber from Kentucky and needed to find a new nail salon. A friend suggested I try Nail XPO. When I first walked in, all of the employees were loudly making fun of a customer who just left because of what she was wearing. They had even taken a photo of her and were showing everyone, including me. While I was there, I had three different people work on my nails. The young guy who did my toenails was nice, however, he must not be certified to do more than paint because he removed the gel polish on my nails and had another girl come over to finish. The second girl who worked on them, cut me twice. A third woman came over and who actually filled in my acrylics was going so unbelievably fast and barely even looking at my hands as she did them. She used a powder that I'd never seen used before and it honestly looks TERRIBLE as it grew out. I get my nails done every 3 weeks and have for many years. I've never, not once, had gel polish chip. Within one week, the gel polish had chipped on three or four nails, and by week three, they look absolutely ridiculous. I'm not hard on my nails and have never had any issues with this before. Absolutely LOVED Amy who was helping out today. She doesn't work at this salon but she was asked if she would be willing to fill in on a busy day. If I had to rate Amy (and the other technicians), they would get 10 stars hands down! All very friendly & more than accommodating. So you are probably wondering why then am I giving this place a 2.....it's because of the owner. We arrived for our 11:30 appt. & after waiting 20 mins we finally asked how long it would be.  "Only a couple of mins."  We were there for 2 hrs & the whole time she was running people in & out like a herd of cattle...ordering the technicians to hurry up & move on to the next. After I paid the owner, she looked at Amy and told her to hurry up & go do someone else! (Oh course she said it in her native tongue thinking we had no clue what she was saying--wrong). Luckily Amy didn't operate that way. She took her time with me & did a fantastic job. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her: The pedicure chairs (armrests were disgusting--doubt they have ever been wiped off). My girlfriend & I picked out the same gel color for our nails only to find out when time to apply it, they were out....or couldn't find it. No organization whatsoever. I truly felt like her clients were a herd of cattle! The heck with customer service, move them in & move them out! I think next time I will follow Amy to her salon! Read Less

HORRIBLE! I paid 60 dollars for a mani an pedi on saturday and today is Wednesday and they are already chipping on my nails and toes! fyi i got shellac on my nails and those (if done professionally and correctly) can last up to three weeks. smh service was horrible technicians didn't even know how to work the massage chairs. technicians are running through the store having their own personal conversations. Technicians are sharing items, they dont have their own. I was told I had to wait until another technician was finished using the base nail polish before he could base my nails. I have see through spots in my nail polish as well! I wonder if they are all licensed! Equipment is outdated. I go to a spa to relax and get beautified and this was the most unsettling experience. I got my eyebrows waxed an there was hair all over the bed she had me lay on and im missing a patch in one of my eyebrows b/c she was obviously rushing! I will be returning back to my own salon who provided PROPER SERVICE. I do not reccomend them. Go elsewhere with better quality and service. Read Less

I am new to the Dayton area and I was looking for a nail salon that was convenient. The staff here was friendly, they spoke perfect English and made sure I was comfortable. My pedicure was done efficiently and I also got my eyebrows and lip waxed.. The price was about right as well. I can definitely see myself going back there. Read Less

I went here today and was a little worried after reading the previous reviews. But, I had a babysitter for my peanut and I had a limited amount of time, so I risked it. I had the express pedicure and Neeli (sp) talked me into a lip and eyebrow wax. I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, she did a great no nonsense pedi. She was fast, clean and my toes look great! Also, her waxing skills were awesome. My brows and lip look great and the price was right. I agree that the place decor is a little different, but I felt safe and comfortable. I'm new to the area so scoping out the nail salons for pedicures and eyebrow "maintenance'.  Location is good and easy to find. Family business. The staff was pleasant and I was taken care of promptly.  I didn't have an appointment but looked like appointments could be made if you prefer. The pedicure was OK. I've definitely experienced better. The manicurist gave a thorough pedicure.The issue for me was the appearance. It looks like they tried (or are trying) to make it look like a spa; however, it's not very professional looking. Dust and debris all around. The massage chairs are WELL WORN with most of the buttons unreadable. Water pipes visible throughout the back.I'd go back in a pinch but I'll keep searching. Read Less
