I went to this nail salon a while ago (before I knew better) & I asked for solar nails- which they certainly charged me for- however, when I went to get my "solar" nails balanced at another salon they informed me that they had given me nothing more than a white tip acrylic. There are much better places in the area. It's over priced. They do a so-so job. Some of the techs are rude. I watched Julie send a woman away that just wanted them to polish her nails because she said she had an appointment coming in. She sat there watching tv on her laptop the whole time I was there, 1.5 hours, no appointment.They are more expensive than other places and not worth it. They refuse to do regular polish on acrylic nails, even though they put it on your toes, you have to pay for gel?!? Also, don't believe what they say about no tips on credit cards, it's so the owner doesn't need to carry cash to pay them their tips, and those tips don't have to be claimed as income. This is a very clean and quiet nail salon.  It's a very relaxing atmosphere. I got a gel polish manicure. Lynn did a great job! She took her time and did quality work. I gave four stars because my manicure was a little more expensive than other places. ($36 plus tax) Read Less

Over priced (aka rip off) for very average work. The first lady refused to do a nail design on my nails. I ended up having the other nail tech do it after she offered... and it was disappointing. She tried, but she up-charged me for work that was really sub par. My nails chipped and started peeling after about a week. Very misleading on reviews and prices. I am new to this area (moved here 2 weeks ago) and I decided to give this place a try since it had such great reviews. The girls are nice when you walk in, I waited about 10 minutes before they had my pedicure tub ready.  When I went to pay she told me it was $35 + tax for a basic pedicure (no lotion was used, no massage, and I had to ask her to file my nails) not $23 that are listed on Yelp and continue up to $50. I am by no means cheap but this is a typical salon, in a strip mall, in an old building that I wasn't sure if it was even open...nothing fancy going on here and the color selection was not impressive (all dark colors, completely outdated) as one review had said. I brought to the price difference up to the salon owner and she then went on to explain to me she has no idea how Yelp posted the price information and when I asked if she would honor it she said no, that property taxes are high in Hilliard?!? It's bad business in my opinion. She went on to say that it's Yelp's problem and not hers. "Sorry Sweety" was her response to me. Was in town visiting my husband's family for the holidays, and was treated to a deluxe mani -which felt great, but didn't even last 1 day. By the next morning, half of my fingers started chipping, and by the end of the day they were all chipped. Would have gone back to get a new mani, but we were leaving town. Very disappointed! I will admit that when it comes to nails I have no idea what I'm doing. I have always liked the way solar nails, or pink and white as they are sometimes referred to, look. My nails are perfectly healthy. When I went to this salon for the first time today, I was told I didn't need this type of service for my nails and that I have beautiful, natural nails!! I was blown away! I've been getting that style of nail for years and this was the first time it was explained to me why people get 'pink and white' nails done! The technician went out of her way to actually explain things to me, save the health of my nails and money in the future!! I walked in for the first time last week and was promptly seated at a pedi chair, of which they have 5. The salon is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing.  I opted for the Lime Lust pedicure, their middle-of-the-road offering. It was worth the price, which is reasonable and comparable to other suburban nail salons. The manager performed my mani & pedi and she was very affable and professional, and gave a memorable and thorough foot and leg massage. They have a decent selection of OPI polishes and gel colors.  I also loved the small saltwater tank at the drying station, home to a few clownfish and anemones.FYI- This salon is tucked in next to the Indian restaurant at the Mill Run plaza at the northwest end. This is a wonderful little nail salon tucked into a big plaza. It was clean, well maintained, and the workers were professional and efficient. I had my gel nails for 2 weeks and was dying to get them removed. I walked in without an appointment and was seated almost immediately. After 20 minutes and $10, I walked out with beautifully clean and filed nails.There were about 3 other workers there at the time (11am on a Wednesday) and all of them had customers. I ended up having a great conversation with the lady doing my nails about the differences between China and Vietnam. I enjoyed her company so much I practically stayed behind after paying just to talk some more!This place is very comparable to my favorite nail salon in LA. I would highly recommend it, and if I ever want my nails done again in Columbus, I'll be coming here. Read Less

This was my first time here and it was great! I love being able to walk into a salon on a gorgeous Saturday at noon and be able to get service right away. This place is clean and comfortable, my technician spent a fabulous amount of time massaging my feet and calves, and she even picked out a great fall nail color for me.
