I called in advance to see if anything was open today or tomorrow for a many pedi. They said if I can get there in 15 min, then they have an opening for me. When I got there, no one said hello, but instead asked if I had an appointment. Then it was, "pick a color". No one directed me where to go after that and I had to ask. After sitting in the chair for 10 minutes, I had to speak up again to see if someone was going to start working on me as I had rushed to get there for their opening. The only lady working the front had to step into the break room to get my girl who thought I was still picking out polish. When I asked her what types of pedi's do they have, she took out a menu card without speaking to me. Then, another girl came out and started working on my manicure, holding the water in my lap. When I asked if they always tagged team here, she said only for walk-ins. When all was said and done, the pedi-lady never said a word to me other than, "do you want to sit here and let it dry?" I was hoping by me calling that I would've received the same service as a regular appointment and if I wanted walk-in service, I would've done just that. I felt like I was putting the employees out when I was the one paying for the services. I have gone to several nail salons and none were as unfriendly as this one. I know several people who are regulars at this salon, and I was hoping to become one of them, but I will not be returning to Cam's Nail Boutique. Read Less
