Very upsetting always went here for my nails and I have not been there in years. So I thought me and my friend will go get our nails done there. I work and go to college and have a wedding to go to. We both decided on acrylics my friends nails are awesome the guy worked his magic. But me on the other hand my middle finger nail turned orange and u can see through my black tips of my acrylics. I called to talk to someone about my nails and he said they would fix it. Idk what I did but I was greeted with hi oh you. And a guy standing waiting for me he told me my orange middle finger nail is because I'm a smoker and i never had problems before when i use to smoke cigs. Me and my friend smoke electronically now and my friends nails are still amazing did not turn orange. Worse part is She smokes more than me and hers r crisp. After calling every highly rated nail salon in the Hartville area and having no luck with an appointment, I managed to get one at 6pm with TJ. Can we say I saved the best for last??? In an hour and a half, I got a great pedicure and gel manicure. My nails are filed evenly, painted smoothly from edge to edge and I got a leg and hand massage! Have had too many rude experiences here. I was always nice and pleasant when I came in. On 2 different occasions Andy was rude to me, and I've heard him be rude to other customers too. This last time was the topper. He was mad when I came in for a repair, I had just had a fill the night before. He was really rude to me the whole time, I didn't even have him paint them. By the time I got to my car I was in tears. I won't return there ever again. There is just no excuse to talk to a paying customer that way.
