Best experience I’ve had at a nail Solon. Went in with a set of acrylic nails that had 2 broken. I told them I wanted a full set and my brows. I’m used to nail salons trying to get the most money out of each person. She didn’t try to upsale me, instead she informed me of what would be best for my nails! Witch in my case was cheaper than what I thought. I love walking into a nails Solon that’s absolutely beautiful and super busy! There where soooo many techs there and just as many people! I’ve been going here for years and every time I go I swear it will be my last and this time i mean it! I was told my pedicure would be $35 and it was $55 due to getting shellac. Tell me that up front! She did not put a disinfectant tablet in the bowl until I inquired about it. It was my first pedi of the season so of course my feet didn’t look great and she spent very little time. She did a horrible job polishing....rushed me through so she could get to her next customer. Went to get SNS manicure this evening & the gentlemen who did my nails was VERY unprofessional. When he started he cut my cuticle & didn’t apologize before sticking my hand in alcohol. Tried to rip my daughter off charging almost $15 more then what is advertised. But I had called earlier in the day to ask how much the fill in and shellac she told me one thing my daughter called me in a panic she weigh overcharged her and didn't have enough money so I called the owner and told her why was she being charged $15 more than what she quoted me and she immediately said oh no that's not what she said I've dealt with her many many many many times since I've lived in Fairfield Township that was the last straw you would want to go there and relax you leave there feeling stressed out. Went to the bridgewater location last Wednesday and had an awful experience. The man who did my nails was so rough and had gotten something all over my hands that mad it burn lol crazy. Overall, it was a great place for a pedicure. I got the gold pedicure for $35 - which included an exfoliation and foot/leg scrub. All of the products they used smelled great and were clean. Terrible service. I an from out of state and for the amount of money you pay at this place the service it's not what it is worth.. We arrived there with about 11 people in our party (we had reserved a time prior). This was for a wedding. They didn't paint 4 of the girl toes nails right and had to redo one of them. The bride's cuticle got cut and started bleeding. They had to redo the flower 3 times (the end results still wasn't what she wanted) the flower on her toe look too busy. (she wanted something more elegant).. my nails were crooked (Yes! Crooked), some of the length were different because the white plastic she glued on was put on at different spots of my finger nail. I have been going to L & T for over 15 years. These past few years the service has been changing. My last visit was two weeks ago and that is my last visit. They told us there was a spring break special and when I went to check out there was not special. Full price. I got a kids pedi which was suppose to be $25, ended up $40. That was when I got upset. My full set of nails and pedi "gold" with shellack was $100. My other kid got the kids pedi and full set with shellack $100. ...Of course it was a spring special they said. I'm still scratching my head on that one. Now mind you I have had artificial nails for over 20 some years and could do them myself. The gentleman had no clue what he was doing. I tried to be kind and assist him, but language barrier. He kept saying I was beautiful, which I think was the only English word he knew to get a tip . My nails lasted 1 week. All came off. So how was my experience this time.....everyone knew I was ticked off when I said apparently in a loud voice (everyone stared at me) "$40 for a kids pedi? What about the spring special?" to the owner. Everyone knows her. She repeats the total again. I paid it but did not leave a tip. So I have told my whole family who goes there (there are about 10 of us) about my experience and now I'm telling you. I usually never wright a review, but for this place I will. IT WAS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. They don't listen to what you tell them. I came back to ask them to fix it and they took 30mints to even take a look at what they had missed up on the day before. The owner of the place is more worried about the customers that are walking in then the ones she has sitting there. I decided to treat myself to a mani and pedi for My birthday, I walked into the salon at 9:30am, I was pointed to my seat right away, at which time my tech filled the water bowls and told me to get it and then walked away when she returned I told her the water was cool never was the water adjusted, the only time my tech said anything to me was when She repeatedly asked if I wanted shellac. My pedicure lasted a total of 10 minutes then I was moved for my manicure again cold wa...ter and again asked if I was sure I didn't want shellac and I was told how great it was for my nails... she rushed thru my nails never asked if I wanted them trimmed or shaped when it came paying... I had a 10% off coupon my total should have been $36 after ($40 minus $4) she told me it was $38 I asked her why she looked at the other techs next to her looked at me again and said no it's $38 I paid her $40 when brining back change to told her to keep it she pushed it to the side and didn't say a word she painted my nails then walked to the dryer and turned it on she grabbed my shoes and moved them to the dryer but then stood there waiting for me to grab my coat and purse with wet nails. My wedding party came here to get our nails done Friday before my wedding. Don't bring in a group because they just herded us through like cattle. I've been to nail spas for weddings before and left very disappointed. The lady who runs the front desk was screaming the entire time. She was also screaming while she did my moms nails, didn't give her attention, and we left with then smudged.I left more stressed than when I arrived .. not ideal for a bride on the eve of her wedding. Overpriced for the service you receive. My shellac did not last past a week and my cuticles were torn to shreds. My pedicure consisted of lots of rubbing and scrubbing, but my heels were dry and cracked by the next morning when they should be feeling brand new. My technician asked very personal and unprofessional/inappropriate questions throughout my visit. The only reason I went was due to the late hours accommodating my work schedule, but I will be sure to make time to visit another salon in the future. I came here with my mother to get my 10 year sister's nails filled-in and we had to wait well over 2 hours for her nails to be finished. We arrived before 9:30am (the store opened at 9) and my sister was not helped until well after 10. The store owner Linh/Lynn was beyond rude and disrespectful to my mom and I. She charged us over $22 for my sister's nails and proceeded to yell and argue with us when we asked why it was so much and why we had to wait so long. The owners response was that we shouldn't have came to the salon that early, despite them opening at 9. Then the owner came up, touched my mother, and proceeded to yell at her and get in both of our faces. When we asked her to please leave us alone she continued to yell at us and attempted to argue.My thoughts are that if you open your salon at 9, it should be full service unless otherwise noted--which it was not.Overall, I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I've come here in the past but today am extremely dissatisfied. I walked in with my friends and was screamed at to sign in. My technician was pushy and rude and was more concerned about doing her own toes rather than taking care of mine. We were served quickly. Worst pedicure ever! The tech spent less than 3-5 seconds per nail to trim cuticles and less than 2 seconds filing. I'm so glad I didn't get the $45 "platinum" pedi. I used to love L&T Nails and got my nails done there at least once a month but lately they seem to be sloppy and apprehensive. There are a few technicians there that seem to enjoy what they're doing and do a good job, but the majority of them are unfriendly. I never feel relaxed when I go in there because the employees are constantly running around and talking to each other from across the store. I try to chat with whoever is doing my nails and they are completely unresponsive. Sometimes I get Shellac and sometimes I get a regular manicure, and when I opt out of Shellac I swear they do a poor job on purpose even though I always give them a 20% tip before they even start painting. I've also seen them separate friends who come in together and that just blows my mind.L&T Nails isn't terrible... the store is always clean, they have a lot of colors to choose from, their prices are average, and they provide fast service, but I'd suggest going somewhere else, especially if you want a simple manicure. I went here to get a pink/white set for my wedding.. My nails came out looking okay but the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The place is loud and crazy - everyone is yelling and rushing around everywhere.  They were busy, but not overly so.  There appeared to be plenty of techs for the amount of people waiting - but everyone is so stressed out for seemingly no reason. The girl doing my nails asked what the occasion was and I told her that I was getting married.  She said "oh. okay."The girl in the chair next to me had just come back from her honeymoon and the tech was congratulating her and asking her all kinds of questions about her wedding.  It was the first time either of us had been into this salon. The owner of this location actually owns another up the road. Originally we used to go to that one, and then she kind of scared us off with her bold personality. Since the other location was also nearby, my mom and I decided to go there and check it out. We always like the staff and some of the people we'd liked back then moved down the road to this location. Every time I have gone, I've always been pleased. I've had manicures, pedicures, pink and white etc and have not once been disappointed. My mom likes this location as well & whenever I'm in town again it will be the place of choice for us to have a girls day. I love it because we can just walk in and the wait is never long. I always have the same lady and she is fantastic. I actually miss her when we don't go for awhile because she's just a great person in general. Most of the normal staff there know us as soon as we come in and they greet us warmly. Next time I'm Ohio bound, Mom and I will have a girl's day at LT!!! Read Less
