This place is horrible. The woman who did my pedicure was rushing so she could leave to go pick up her kids. She was very rough and caused me a lot of pain. She clipped my toenails down so far until you could see the imprint where my nails used to be. She was digging so hard and actually cut my baby toe. When I told her she cute my nails too short, she blamed it on me. I told the owner/man that Id better not get an infection. I only went there bcuz I needed to do some grocery shopping. The place doesnt look very clean, the towels they use are cheap and hard. I do not recommend this place at all. Please save yourself pain and money. Take your business elsewhere, bcuz this woman doesn't know what the heck she's doing. I have pretty feet and large toe beds, but after she got through with her hatchet job, I've got nubs, which I absolutely, positively HATE. I'm livid!!! Would give no stars if an option, unfortunately the lowest I can give is one. First of all, I walk in during the middle afternoon on a Monday, and I don't see anyone (the employee was busy watching something on an iPad). I ask her if she could simply take off my gel nail polish that was starting to chip because whenever I do it, my nails look awful. So she says okay. I sit down and start looking around the store.. wet towels on the floor, visible dust build up in the vents and fans, but I notice that a mani was only $15 so I thought why not. She says okay. So she starts painting my nails and as I'm looking at them they look horrible. The tops are uneven, the nail itself isn't smooth, so I kindly ask her to fix it. After rolling her eyes she got a bit aggressive and took the polish off and started painting again (the nail still not smooth) so I point out again that the nail isn't smooth. She rolls her eyes, yells at me, grows more aggressive and this time fixes it.. kind of. As soon as she gets done, she tells me to sit with my nails under the dryer until the timer goes off, and then goes right back to her iPad to watch whatever she was watching when I first arrived. I would rate this salon a negative 5. I get there and the manger (king) seemed unorganized and ready to go home. They closed at 8pm and I got there around 7:20ish. He told me no one could do my nails. I had to explain they I was already informed someone was on there way to help me. I sit in the chair and the lady starts taking the top layer off my nails then said she can't do a pink/white set not solar nails. King then comes and tells me it would be 54 for those services even though the sign posted said a different amount. I continue to get my nails done (regular style) as they described  it and I have to keep informing the lady who was doing my nails they she had to be careful because I have a little extra skin under my nails. She said she's nervous because I'm picky (yes I'm going to ensure my nails are even and done correctly and I shouldn't have had to keep informing her they were uneven and to be careful) to put the icing on the cake. As I'm washing my hands king says something in their language to the lady and she goes owe can u pay now ( yes I took offense to this) there were two other people getting there nails done and they weren't asked to pay before hand. I didn't argue paid (but was feeling some kinda way) my white tips are a joke. They are like someone just put a line straight across, no curve or anything (at this point I'm fed up and just ready to go) as I'm the last one in the shop I ask why I was the only one who had to pay before my nails were finished and king replied "because we wanted to make sure your nails were dry and you didn't mess them up" I let him keep trying to explain himself because he knew I wasn't buying it. I left there pissed, disrespected, and with nails I wasn't satisfied with. I would never recommend this place to anyone and this is why I never cheat on my nail tech however I had no choice because I was out of town. Now on Monday I'll have to try and find someone who can fix my nails that I just got done. Read Less

Experience was awful. I tried to tell her that these are my real nails and not to use the drill so much. She got nasty and told me that she has to use the drill to get gel off. By the time she got done, it looked like she shaved 3 layers of my own nails off. When I asked if she was going to do my cuticles, she stomped off and got a bowl full of "plain water" and had me soak my hands. I guess that's a manicure. My nails have throbbed all night due to the drilling and I should have just walked out. I will never go back, nor will I recommend this place. I am even going to make a call to the Cosmetology board and report the service I received. Read Less

She did a poor job on my full set and wouldn't let me get a design because "it takes too long". That'd be understandable if there was customers waiting but it was just me and my sister. Never going back. Read Less
