The owner had his kids there with toys all over the front waiting room. It was quite noisy as you can imagine, not the calm quiet experience I was seeking. As far as the nail service...they had a limited selection for Solar nails. The tech burned my cuticles several times, the nails were uneven, the top coat felt tacky and had grooves in it and when I washed my hands I noticed 2 of my fingers had small cuts underneath the nail. I went here 4 months ago the first time it was a long long wait and the guy was smoking outside instead of inside helping me since I was the only one in there waiting..the worse part was when I went in for a balance and they didn't even put a white tip just the design so it looked ridiculous then when I finally got the nails off half of each my original nails came off with it not to mention that my nails have not grown back since and that was 2 months ago... Dirty! The man poured out a bowl of acetone that had dissolved nail solids and then put more acetone in for me. He used a dirty file to try to scrape off my old gel polish after he first tried to scrape them off with his own dirty nails. There was nail "dust" all over the containers and workstation. Never again will I come back ! I called ahead and asked how long the wait was the guy said that there was no wait. I got there and it was packed. I waited a good 30 mins. He cut 6 of my ten fingers and made my cuticles bleed. The design I wanted was NOTHING LIKE WHAT I GOT. I left almost in tears. I went home showed my husband and he said to go back and make them fix it. When I got there the guy that did them was outside smoking and I asked if he could fix my nails and he told me it would cost , SERIOUSLY?? So I go inside and he messed them up once again. My gel polish was wrinkly. I told him if I'm paying for my nails to look nice I hope to get what I ask for & he shook his head. He told me to come back tomorrow and he will fix it for the THRID TIME . I will not be returning. My fingers hurt so bad just typing this but others need to be warned. My daughters and I went to get acrylic nails. I feel we received friendly service. My youngest wanted pointed nails, the woman stopped several times to shorten the ones we felt were too long. My oldest however had a few cuticles bleeding, which is why only 4 stars. All in all nice place. Would go again. Read Less

I've been going to nail expo for about two years now and it's always been a good experience for me. I've never had a broken nail by them, they're the only place in Grove city that does air brush and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend ! Read Less

Do not waste your money! My sister, her friend and I went in there because they said there was not a wait like the rest of the salons but there was only no wait because there were only 2 techs in there. A woman and a man, the woman was already helping someone, the man started on mine, he was very rude when I didn't understand what he was saying and he was hurting my fingers badly and when I said "ouch" he proceeded with "no pain, no gain." Well when I left my fingers hurt terribly with blood in the creases of them and still are. The same with my sister and her friend, their fingers are so sore, and mind you he did all 3 of our nails, his wife did not attend to anyone after the customer she had left. It just really isn't worth the money. I would recommend Lt nails or Destiny on stringtown road. Read Less

The absolute worst job I've ever had done to my nails. I wouldn't even give this place one star but it's making me. I walked in when they told me to remove my old polish by placing my hand in a bowl of acetone with nail chippings in it. Then my technician was sleeping in the back and woke up to do my nails. She must have been really tired because she made multiple nails bleed, burned my skin, cut down my nails below the nail bed making some of them split. I got gel polish and it lasted a day before it started chipping off!! I highly recommend not going to this place. Read Less
