I really like going to David for my nails but its impossible to make an appointment I've tried everytime I go into make an appointment. This morning I called at time of Opening and they said I couldn't schedule because he wasn't there yet and to call back. Then I call back and now they can't take appointments. Me and my sister went in on Saturday 5/19/2018 and asked for a full set and it was awful the man only had 2 years experience and my nails are all different sizes and he had to re paint my nails because he couldn't even do a French tip the lines on the french tip was awful an nails all different sizes then I said please redo them this looks awful he re did paint job and it was still awful another lady did my design but she had a attitude I was to the point I'm done I been here over 2 1/2 hours an still looked awful. I will NEVER go back I payed $86 for 2 sets full nails and I told the man no gel polish he did it anyway then I was charged $10 for design which I was only told $5 for design I will NEVER EVER go back the only reason I gave 2 stars is because the guy that did my nails with 2 years experience was very nice to me an said no problem I fix for you. Then my sister went back to get them fixed an they still looked awful an she even git a pedicure and it looked like a two-year-old did my sister's toenails it was horrible and they charged her $55 for her toes so when she had to get her nails redone and her toes were done altogether it cost her $82 the prices outrageous and I will never go back😤😤 Read Less

Went there a couple weeks ago for a pedicure and it was wonderful. Returned today for a basic mani and have my dip powder removed. I explained I wanted to give my nails a break from the dip powder. She asked me multiple times if I wanted gel polish or the dip powder again. After explaining multiple times I just wanted basic mani her whole attitude changed. She seemed “bothered” that that was all the service I wanted. She was very rough and honestly this was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. She rushed through the service and couldn’t get me out of her station fast enough. I’m very disappointed. I do have to say though that the guy that started my nails soaking was very friendly. I have been going there since they 1st opened and barely had a clientele. Now they are so busy you BETTER keep that appointment lol. I'm very picky about my nails and I started out only letting the owner do mine and now I have 4 technicians I can use if my lady is busy. I can not say enough good things about them. They have like 12 technicians now and 6 pedicure chairs all going all the time and they are in the process of expanding into the next door Office that is being renovated now! Had a wonderful, relaxing Pedi. My sister and I had a day out. Super busy but still overwhelming friendly staff. They made us feel comfortable and more than just the next customer. This is the first time that I have been here and I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Jazmyn was my nail tech and did a wonderful job on my Deluxe Pedicure($50) and Gel Manicure ($31). She was nice to talk to, but not overly chatty which allowed me some time to relax. I was pleased that she had experience with pregnant women and knew not to massage certain areas during the pedicure so that she did not trigger early labor. She even offered to put my socks and shoes on for me so that I did not have to bend over (pregnant women know this struggle, lol). She was just as great with the manicure and made sure that I had even coverage of color on each nail. I will definitely be back and will request her as my nail tech!The only reasons I did not give this salon 5 stars is because:1. The place was small and outdated (although they told me they are expanding into the space next door so maybe that will be remedied soon?).2. They did not have a menu of services listed. There isn't one on display, they don't have one printed for you to take home and I couldn't find one online. Again, they said that is a work in progress and they are updating it for current pricing. This salon is poorly managed and the only reason for my poor review. They do great work but be prepared to wait up to 2 hours to get in. They have made the mistake of trying to do appointments and walk-ins. I've made appointments and still had to wait an hour  or more and I've walked in and waited 1-2 hours because other people have appointments. So it has sucked either way, they just need to pick one so people can manage their time. I'm so sad but I just can't come here anymore. Read Less

This is now the only place I will be getting my nails done.  Place looked packed today (SUNDAY) I went in wanting to get a pedicure abs to have my acrylics removed and a gel polish put on my nails.  Surprised to be seated right away,  one person (Ben)started my pedi, another woman removed my acrylics. I use to go to bb nails on the other end of stringtown, went here and one time was all it took to make me a regular. Kim is awesome! Ive had 4 different techs and cant complain about any of them. Just when I thought I couldn't love this place more, they gave all their regulars a hand & foot scrub for Christmas! What a nice gesture! This place is great. It's clean, the staff speaks English, and their prices are very reasonable. The owners are a very kind husband and wife duo who love engaging in conversation with the customers, and you might catch Ken singing along to the music playing in the shop. It's a fun atmosphere. They have a HUGE selection of gel polishes if that's your thing. If you want acrylics, they do a great job on those too and have a large selection of colored and glitter powders. I've done it all and have always been happy with the results. The LT Special pedicure is my favorite. I see Kim every two weeks, but the whole staff makes an effort to welcome familiar faces and new customers and they all do beautiful work. If you do happen to have a chipped nail or peeling gel, they'll typically fix it for free, no questions asked. I will say, schedule an appointment. They are great at honoring appointment times, but if you're a walk-in and they're busy, you could wait 45 min+ because of all the regulars who have appointments. This salon was recommended to me by a friend. Clean, friendly, and they do a great job. I had not had a pedicure in years, and I'm so glad I decided to give them a try. I've gone twice as a walk-in and each time they were super busy, but I didn't have to wait very long. During my last visit, there was a mix up regarding who was next, and the staff graciously let me and my companion to wait in the massage chairs, instead of the waiting room area. Behold! A nail salon with nail techs that speak ENGLISH!! Really friendly staff and reasonable prices that are more or less the same as other surrounding salons. The interior is decorated really nicely. They did a good job on my nails, so far I have only one complaint. I got a pedicure and upgraded to the "LT pedicure" and I feel that for $38 they could have spent a little more time and made it slightly better for the price. I was In grove city to help my daughter with last minute needs and the birth of her baby. After several days of excitement I needed some down time and went to L T nails for a mani-pedi. My first impression was I saw how clean the place was and Jenny was assigned to me. Jenny was very caring and did a fantastic job. What I liked so was everyone who worked there spoke English!
