I had a pedicure and a few days later 5 of my toes had completely lost the polish. I went back and they wanted me to pay half the price of a full pedicure to have the few toes repainted. I got a Pedi & Gel Mani and by that evening, my Gel Polish was chipping. Tomorrow will be one week since my visit & 8 of my nails are significantly chipped up. The polish on my toes looks fine, but, my feet themselves are rougher than when I went in! Went to B.B. for the first time this evening and I have nothing but great things to say. My nails were a mess !! Ana the young lady who did my nails did a great job. Very friendly and made sure every detail of a good manicure was done. My nails have not looked this good in a very long time.... worth every penny. My daughter & I stopped in here bc it was convenient. It's not our normal salon. The salon is decorated beautifully! There's a waterfall & gorgeous murals on the ceiling. However, the salon is VERY packed! There's no place to sit & wait. It just feels very crammed! The pedicure chairs were older and didn't look like the arms were cleaned regularly. The staff that my daughter & I encountered barely spoke to us (which I don't mind too much) , but our pedicures were done so quickly, I didn't even feel like we got to enjoy the water! We literally sat longer under the drying table - which is another thing, the drying table does not have lights like most , it's just fans. It took FOREVER to dry! The people are friendly but service has gone downhill fast. They used to do good work that lasted up to 3 weeks (gel) but this last visit is indeed my last. The girl with hair bun did my pedicure so rushed. I didn't even realize the process she did. She offered me 60$ pedicure and I accepted it. It was rushed and I felt waste money. First time coming here and last. The place is cluttered and dirty, I don't think they regularly clean. The nail tech that I had didn't know what she was doing. I got a regular mani and she didn't paint them correctly. When I pointed out that there were areas that were missed with the top coat she pulled out cuticle cutters and thought I was talking about the cuticle that she also missed that was half clipped on the side of my nail. She never had me wash my hand nor did she use lotion on them which comes with a normal manicure. She also rushed through and kept looking up talking to someone behind me in another language instead of paying attention to what she was doing to my nails. I used to come here somewhat regularly for pedicures but found other places I prefer more. Last minute I needed to get a pedicure, came back here. When I arrived, said I was there for a pedicure, the man who greeted me yelled to the back of the salon that they needed "one water!", like you're ordering at a diner counter. By the time a man comes strolling out from the back, the water has already gone cold and is kind of making a weird sound. The nail tech next me had to do something with it. Service: I wasn't asked which pedicure I wanted. It was assumed I wanted the most basic, which I did not. Even with the basic pedicure, there wasn't any cuticle oil or remover, or lotion. After I paid and was waiting for the polish to dry, I ceased to exist. I was not acknowledged at all. Not even a half hearted goodbye. I used to come here all the time and never had a bad experience until today! I brought a friend here with me for a pedi and a gel mani. She picked out a color which on the swatch looked nude/ soft pink when LAN started painted my friend expressed that she thought the color was too pink. LAN continued to paint totally ignoring my friends comment. Also LAN cut her twice! So I come over when my mani was done to see how she was liking it and tears in her eyes tells me "bad experience". So I say something to LAN and to the manager and they tell us we would have to pay for another manicure for my friend if we had it redone even though she mentioned her dissatisfaction early on. So they suggested painting a top coat of the color she wanted instead of offering to redo it. I couldn't believe it and to top it off LAN continues to talk shit to the manicurist next to her about the situation! She was extremely rude! I have been coming here for awhile. Some techs are better at certain things than others. Pedicures from Tony are great. However, his manicures not so much. My gel usually chips in a few days and he doesn't soak my hands or properly clip my cuticles. However, I've went to a few others for my mani and it was just fine. Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Technicians were rough and unfriendly. Above and beyond non-conversational, flatout rude. I understand you're busy but a 5 minute manicure and skipping hygiene steps? They also added $20 to my final cost with no explanation. Pedicure was good, but my sister got a manicure and I got acrylics and that was terrible. Will never return here. A truly relaxing experience!  It is really expensive but be prepared to have some major pampering!  We usually get mani-pedis there!  It is fantastic!  We love the environment!  The people do not talk all that much but they are friendly and do a really good job.  I am always impressed but their work and how great you feel when when leaving.  I love it!! My gel nail started to chip after 1 week. I called to see about a gel nail guarantee. It is supposed to last two weeks, so I made an appointment for the next day to go in and have it redone. Of course no one wanted to redo someone else's work, and the girl that did it was not there that day.  They did not honor the appointment, and I have to work my schedule around the girl that did it. Anna always puts her best foot forward and does exactly what you ask for... She also has ideas of her own and if you ask nicely will put those on the back burner... Therefore who is the reigning queen of this establishment work wise it's a toss up between Donna and Anna honestly I love them both... You can't go wrong using either of them... That is if your into rhinestones or solar Nails.... Now why do I always use Anna mostly well I'm trying to be loyal since I was her customer first... Also Tony still is my reigning pedicure king. I have seen Tony and Nessa. They really give premier treatment for nails!! Tony did gel for my mani and I did a deluxe pedi. It was fantastic and the mani was super fast!! They rush and the finished product is horrible! I got acrylics with gel polish and they peeled off within a week. The length and shape aren't consistent, and some nails weren't straight..The only reason I gave them two stars is because Ana is awesome and takes her time, unfortunately when I go in she always has other clients waiting. Sad to say this isnt good. I brought my granddaughter in today .me for a manicure and her for gel..we waited 10 minutes for me to be called and they left her there till I was done. My manicure looks ni e but I got no lotion or arm massage.. He talked on phone the whole time he waited on both of us.she got a gel polish but he soaked her hands first. I've been getting my nails done for the past 2 decades and this salon is the best. You have to get Glazer nails. Well, well worth the extra money spent. I'm super hard on my nails and only get them filled once a month and the glazer nails are the only nail product that hold up holds up.  Its superior product than what these other hole in the wall shops offer!!! The place looked very nice. I wanted to get gel polish done. Someone was able to help me fairly quickly. I'm not happy with the job that was done. Two nails have bubbles under the polish. The edges are sloppy. I was sitting with my hands under the UV light for at least 15 minutes and no one told me I was done. The man doing my nails had moved on to someone else. I did not want my hands exposed to that much UV. Someone came to clean them on e I got up to leave. I won't be back. Read Less

The decorations in this place are unlike any I've seen before in a nail salon, in a good way. Murals of the day and night sky on the ceiling, water fountains separating mani from pedi areas... Just very relaxing. The man who did my pedi was fantastic, even if he did mention how much work my feet were (they were pretty bad). I usually don't have time to schedule for mani/pedi appointments so often just stop in a place if time suddenly permits. Did so with this salon and am SO grateful I did. I only had an hour and asked if they could manage a pedi or a gel mani in that time...they did BOTH. It is basically all guys, but they are so friendly and extremely professional. The decor is so nice and feels very upscale, and they have a nice selection of beverages for customers to help relax. Most other places would've rushed and I would've been aware of the time, but this place did not. I felt very relaxed and completely pampered. Total cost for basic pedi and gel mani was $64. I was passing through the area and needed nail care desperately. Saw the nail salon and stopped. This nail salon/spa is a very classy place. Andre (I'm sure that's his name) did a excellent job with my manicure...no complaints. Very friendly atmosphere and the water walls are very relaxing. I was also impressed that the tools used for my manicure had been sterilized, and the nail file and buffer are disposed of after use. I give them a five star rating.
