Had the worst experience of life here. Don't waste your money. They were extremely rude argued with me, tried to rip me off and dirtyyyy. I had a gift card that my boyfriend got me for my birthday and he also added a tip in there as well. I felt extremely rushed told them I wanted a mini pedicure as I was low on time, and they were rude and upset that I wouldnt upgrade to the next package up. While getting my 15 minute pedicure I noticed they only sprayed down the bowls with water and didn't have it soaking with solution to properly clean. After my service there was $6 plus another $5 tip he had on there since I wanted to tip cash so a total of $11. They gave me my card back after I paid and they took my gift card tip as well as my cash claiming "they didnt see that" all after the arguement about why I refused to tip out the rest of the card to her. While walking out the door I could catch a few words about them talking crap about me in there own language. Got in my car and noticed what happened so I walked back in to a bunch of "sighs" and snobby remarks. I have another gift card for there but im not going back for anything. My go to for mani pedi's. They are pretty cheap- $30 gel mani and $35 full pedi and have a lot of colors. I have been to nicer/more fancy places in the area but my gel manis here definitely last the longest! Read Less

My mother-in-law and I love this place. I made an appointment for all my bridesmaids and the two moms for my wedding. We were in and out so fast because they brought in more technicians because they knew we had the rehearsal dinner to get to. We were running a bit late and the salon still graciously accepted us. The owner was there and he asked us if we wanted bottled water (yes, please!). For 7 women to get nails and toes done, we were in and out in an hour and a half- unheard of! I have given this place too many chances and only because the location is very convenient for me. I have had gel manicures by at least four different techs and every single one has been less than satisfactory. Poor application, uneven color, super thick gel, bad nail shape, bad manicure, unfriendly...the list could go on. Great family owned establishment. The entire staff is extremely friendly. They always make me feel like family every time I visit to get my nails done and they know me by name. And the service, well let's just say it's amazing my nails always look spectacular!!! Just left and am finally getting a good look at my nails...they look AWFUL!!! I went in for a balance, previously had solar pink with black tips. But this time I wanted white tips. The tech didn't even get all the black off so it looks like I have dirt behind my nails and the shape is very bad not to mention very uneven and looks like a 2 year old did them. The nail tech acted like I was annoying him and my nails look awful. Sloppy paint job, acrylics were really fat and not ground down nicely, and he DESTROYED my cuticles!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Let alone anyone in a hurry or with a schedule. The techs are over booked, and that makes everyone wait longer than normal. I called and made an appt for a full bloom pedicure, made the appt for 5:30. I arrived at 5:20. Was not taken back to a sink until 5:45. Now I can deal with waiting 15 minutes... I had a good book and I knew a glass of wine was coming. I was rushed to the sink by a woman who said nothing but just pointed at me. I sat down and dunked my feet and there I sat for a good 20 minutes. Then some guy came over and added more water to my sink and said we'll be with you in a minute. I read my book trying to be patient, and no glass of some ever came. Then a hurried woman came over and said thanks for waiting and walked away. Another 15 minutes later she came over, smeared something on my feet and left to go finish another lady's service. After a while, she came back and did the fasted pedicure I've ever had, she grunted just the standard pedicure right? Nodded and kept going. Then she painted my nails and told me wait 5 minutes to let the polish dry and I'll come back to put your flip flops back on. Meanwhile, the woman sitting next to me received an entire pedicure while I was waiting(all the whole her kid was running around and knocking things over, playing with all the jets and screaming, not very zen like--but that's not a fault of the salon). I decided just to put my own shoes on and leave when the tech next to me starting yelling in another language and then she came back to "help me with my shoes". I was then escorted to the register where she told me the price and said how much tip will I receive? When I left it was almost 7:30... Two hours for a 30 minute service. Not friendly, not efficient, and won't be returning.  The two stars are only because my feet are softer then they were when I went in and they only charged me for what I received, not what I booked. My friend and I called ahead to make an appt at 545 and 6. They said they had enough people working to do our pedicures together.  When we walked in no one acknowledged us. Then at 6:02 when I had to ask to be waited on, they put us at sinks to soak our feet. We sat there by ourselves for 15 minutes without anyone coming over... at 6:20 we asked when we would be waited on. The lady said now now now. Then we sat there for 5 more minutes before we dried our feet off ourselves and left. No one even acknowledged us on our way out or said sorry. Awful place and such a waste of time. I recently went here with a bridal party group.  The staff was friendly.  They were very accommodating of our large party....giving us a table for the snacks and drinks that were brought for the group, making sure everyone got what they wanted (colors, pedi type, etc), and just providing an overall positive atmosphere.  The place seemed very clean as well.  I liked that they spoke to us directly instead of just carrying on conversations with each other in another language (as I have experienced at other nail salons).  I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons.  One, the lady doing my nails made two of them bleed.  Ouch!  Two, there was a little pressure to buy other services -- spray tan, eyebrow wax -- when we were already running behind schedule. Zenity is in a fairly unassuming plaza on Hamilton Rd.  They are different from your typical nail salon in a couple ways:1) they largely do an appt-only business.  I tried to do a walk-in about 6pm on a weekday evening, and the male receptionist quickly ushered me back out the door.  (Granted - with the suggestion to make an appt for another day.)2) The decor is quite lovely -- they use the raised bench/chairs and then you put your feet in a "sink".3) Their website lists their sanitation standards.  It used to mention the use of an autoclave for sterilization of tools but now their in-store materials do not mention an autoclave anymore.  I don't know if they're still using it or not.Overall, a good pedi experience.
