Love Dat and Mat who are so welcoming. Recommended by a colleague and can see why she is a regular. This is my 2nd time and I was impressed by great attention to detail. My last regular mani with OPI not Shellac lasted a week! My 6 year old adored Kelly too who did her a fabulous kids manicure while I had mine (SO much better than the kids manicure at Nails Inc). I've been going here a few months now and I can honestly say these guys are the best I've come across in Edinburgh..actually anywhere. The acrylics are just amazing, thin and natural looking yet still so strong and the patience and care they take is second to none. Every one of the technicians is a perfectionist. You will get amazing nails at a great price in a stylish and glam setting,what you will also get is a very very unsurpassed warm welcome, the guys here are just so ...nice every single one of them. The way Matt and Dat handled my recent mess up (turning up on the wrong day) was amazing. They squeezed me in to save me making the long trip home which made things very tight for them however they handled it with a calm professionalism rarely seen in guys so young. Wife's nails turned out horrible. The woman rushed which made a lot of left over paint and very messy around the nails. Even left polish on the skin. The coloring was different from one finger to another, like a bad mixture in the bottle. Read Less

I was looking for a relaxing pedicure service. What I got was sloppy rushed service. They made no attempt to get to know me, if you have never been here before please don't bother , sadly their main focus is existing clientelle- . They need to know if they want their business to grow they have to attract new retain new customers my providing excellent service. Again , if you have never been here I suggest don't bother going. Mist pedicure places you get extra scrubbing , hot towel therapy and deep massage. Not this place. They seem to pay more attention to the customers they already new. Read Less

Q.T. is a hidden gem in Gahanna. I have seeing them since I was 16 and have been returning for 7 years. I have moved out of Gahanna but the half hour drive is well worth it. Thu (the owner) does awesome, fast, efficient and clean work. There is usually no problem getting in and weight times are always low. I will continue to come here for nails, pedis and waxes for as long as their around! Read Less

My secret salon I like to go to for a spa pedicure.  A place that regulars come often. The staff is very friendly and they have various services; haircuts, eyebrow wax, manicures, pedicures,  Full set, balances, etc. It reminds me of the asian salons you would visit in California and Florida, except they speak English here very well.
