I went in yesterday for the dip powder. I can’t even believe they sent me out the door with my nails looking the way they do. They are all bumpy and uneven and she cut me on my finger after trying to fix one of the messed up nails and just said to come back tomorrow so she can fix when my finger doesn’t hurt so bad because it wouldn’t stop bleeding! No thanks I don’t want anyone going near my fingers in there..the pictures don’t show clearly how badly they are done. Read Less

My daughter and I both had our nails done. Mine was a manicure which I'm extremely happy with. Best manicure I've ever had! My daughter had acrylics applied and they're immaculate as well. The salon was clean and the service was excellent. I highly recommend. Read Less

never again will I go here because I asked for an acrylic full set and cut my finger basically all of them with the drill and when told me it's was supposed to be 30$ but made me pay 37... also when she painted my nails they look like. 8 y/o did them. I am very disappointed Read Less

If there was a super poor rating, this would be my choice. I have a night out for the first time in a long while, thought I would use my gift certificate for a spa nail & pedicure. Called to book & was denied & poorly addressed as my voucher had expired. I was told it would never be honored even 1 day past expiry. I was so impressed with how clean and well organised this salon is. There is nothing to fault. My 85 year old mother has been going there for quite some time and they really look after her so well. Would have given them 5 stars on my first visit but went back for a balance and it lasted a week. The acrylic chipped and was gone in 3 days. I drive 35 minutes to get them fixed and they have the nerve to charge me. Never coming back! Horrible experience and she cut me when using the tools. I am not pleased. Read Less

I have been to many different nail salons in the past but I will never go back to them because I have found this place. I not only get my nails done but I can tan there too. There pedicure chairs are brand new and the staff is soo sweet. Very professional and they treat you like family. The tanning beds are great too. I have never heard any of them use foul language and I have been going there for several years now. This is 1 happy customer and I have gotten my family and friends to start going there as well and they love it. They won't go anywhere else. I would SOOOO recommend this place to someone else! I took my aunt to this place for a mani-pedi before her cruise because she saw a coupon in the paper. BAD idea. The staff was unprofessional and the pedicure chairs had to be 20 years old. I told them I had a cut on my foot and asked if I could just have a polish change, but they assured me they could do the entire pedicure without touching it. 25 minutes later I was left with: decent massage; burning from not only polish remover, but sugar scrub in my cut and a look of utter disbelief because the guy ANSWERED HIS CELL PHONE while he was trimming my cuticles. You have GOT to be kidding me! During this time, the girl doing my aunt's pedicure had been using foul language and bringing up inappropriate topics. The manicure wasn't much better. I accidentally smudged a finger and the guy rolled his eyes at me and sighed because--oh no!-- he had to take 30 seconds to repair it. On top of all of this, they were only going to let me use one coupon because of it being ""one per customer"". I'm pretty sure that ONE customer doesn't have 4 legs and 4 hands, but two customers do! I will never again stray from Nail Lounge on Gemini for a measly coupon. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE, no matter how much I dislike him or her! Read Less
