Took 2 hours to get a basic gel mani and the nails look terrible. Gel is all over my cuticles and past my nail beds and whatever they put on my hands after the mani made my hands peel. Wonderful service policy! My dipping powder manicure is so beautiful. Accidentally, there were scratches on my nails due to closing my car-door. The door hit my nails. I returned for the fix. The nail tech named Dee fixed my nails with free of charges. Dee explained to me that " 7-days guarantee of gel manicure, dipping powder manicure, and acrylic full set: if there are any wrong in the first 7 days, they will fix without charges." Read Less

I highly recommend Golden Nails & Salon! I felt this nail salon went above and beyond to help me. I cracked one of my nails pretty badly, they helped remedy it so I didn't have to loose the nice look of my gel manicure or any length on my nail. It is very clean and NO AWFUL CHEMICAL SMELL. i've gone here a total of 4 times, the first three times I got a gel manicure and pedicure. my nails looked fantastic. the service was nice. however my forth visit I got acrylic nails. the owner is the only one in the salon who is "allowed" to do acrylics. they turned out awful. she didn't do them properly. she dipped them in powder instead of painting it on with the brush. she brought out the package that you can do acrylic nails at home. it looked like pistachio nut shells ontop my nails. i asked for long they gave me short. asked for square, received round. it was horrible and ruined my experience. would not!!!! I wish I read these comments sooner. This was the only salon open when I arrived on Sat. I wanted a platinum ped with gel and gel manicure. OMG. It was rushed some of my darker polish wasn't even gone. I got no massage or foot massage. Supposedly because I wanted gel she said that can't. What kind of lie is that for those who know about pedicures. REALLY. I had to tell people about this experience. Then had the nerve to run water as if I still wanted to get it done when I was on a schedule. My gel manicure really like 5 polishes times 2. It felt I got my nails painted 10 tens and then filed at the end. Its only been 5 days and I nails are peeling and one of my nails that should of been clip down got caught on a snag. Geez I am so upset. Please look elsewhere unless you never had manicure or pedicure because you wouldn't know what to expect. I wish could post my pics to warn people. Save your money. I wanted gel manicure and pedicure. For 85.00 not worth it. One of my nails is already peeling. I was not happy with how it was done. Never got a massage until I said so something as if I can come back the next and get it done. No thank you. I would of left without paying but God don't like ugly. Most terrible and rude customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I came in to get gel nails done, and no one acted like they even wanted to help me- the place was empty on a Friday afternoon at 2:30! I left after only having my old gel soaked off, because of how rude the owner was to me. I expressed that she upset me and I was leaving because of that and she still charged me for the soak off. Actually, she raised the price from what she had originally quoted me for the soak off, because I wasn't getting "full" gel manicure. I won't go back, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. I was so looking forward in getting my first pedicure along with my daughter, sister and mother. It started out nice but ended awful. My feet sat in water while I waited for my service. The owner is so unfriendly and rushed my $45 service in to less than 30 minutes. She rushed EVERY step and made these awful faces as if she was being put out. My sister and mother had great service from the other two techs. If you chose to go to this salon insist on not having the owner because you will be ripped off. Worst experience! I find it interesting that the only negative review has nothing to do with the services.Personally, I just moved to this area, and needed a new, high-quality salon. The first place I tried, the nails began lifting after about four days. I took the mess that was on my hands (literally) over to Golden Nail and explained why I had walked into their door. Not only did I get a quickly handled walk-in on a Saturday, but my nails were done beautifully. The technician repaired one nail that was too lifted to use, instead of simply cover over it, as I've seen other places do in the past.The staff, all of them there, were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. If my nails begin to lift, I'll edit this review, but I don't think that's going to be necessary.I've definitely found my new go-to nail salon. Read Less

BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER.  Called for a walk in appointment for my daughter and her friend for a gel manicure.  Check the website for prices and it was $30.  Told the woman who could barely speak English on the phone that I wanted gel manicures...signed in for gel manicures..when done she charged me $40 a girl for non chip.  TOTAL CHARGE WITHOUT TIP AFTER TAX WAS $85.00.  More than $20 over what I was expecting to pay.  She wouldn't change the price after I showed her everything was gel.... the girls got gel per the other employee.  STAY AWAY...YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER FOR TRYING TO DO SOMETHING NICE FOR YOUR KIDS. Found this place on a whim. After living in Columbus for eight years and having been to a few dozen different salons, this is hands down the best gel manicure I've ever had! I drive from Grandview just to go here! Lasts at least two and a half weeks! And if it chips in the first week they fix it for free! This will definitely be the only salon I go to for gel! Read Less

the girl who did my nails was really rude . she was on the phone the whole time . the other technicians were pretty snooty too . when I left I had a huge dent in my nail from the file . and she didnt take care of all the lifts I had . and I noticed her technique was way different from my old technitian . she called it pink and white but only used the solar pink . waste of money and time .
