Nice guy runs the place but what you get for the price there is nothing like lots of other places. I got a pedicure and I paid for the upgraded one in order to get a massage. And he didn't even massage me it was more of just running lotion on my legs. I also got a balance with gel and he only has about 15 colors in gel and he got the paint all over the edges of my skin. Nails are fat and chunky. The place is UNSANITARY my nails were filled so hard they hurt. There was ONE nail brush to wash your nails with in a bowl next to the sink already been used so nasty. Theres super glue all over my fingers and i had to hold my nails in front of fans and didnt offer me to use a dryer. Had no idea where to go for my 1st pedicure and ended up at Nails By Heaven. The gentleman there was very friendly and welcoming. We had my 6 year old son with us (who was not so thrilled about being there) and he included him in everything. I had permanent make up done. My eyebrow appointment went well and I was happy with that so I had my eyeliner done. Left shop and my right eye was watering look a faucet and I couldn't see anything. The pain was terrible. She till me it would be "sore" for awhile and put ice on it. My husband drove me home and that's what I did. The watering would not stop, I couldn't even see the tv frame let alone what was on it. The pain was terrible. I finally went to the ER at mi...dnight and I had a very badly scratched cornea which they treated and sent me home with Demerol. I had to go to an eye specialist the next day who confirmed the diagnosis and gave me eye medication. I've tried many many times to talk to Heaven about this and about reimbursing me for my medical expenses. They said mail them the bills so I did send copies of the ER documentation and the same from the doctor. I finally got someone on the phone who said they never got them. Really? Heaven will not return calls. The eye liner job was far from perfect. I don't know where to go with this because I'm only requesting medical reimbursement. I paid for the make up and will live with that job. Recommend. NO! No professional puts you in the ER and won't talk to you at all, won't return numerous calls or texts or at least make good on their mistake. Paid $55 for a set of gel nails. They charge separately to have the old gel removed. In the past I have paid $35 elsewhere, for a manicure of the cuticles, soak off with wraps of the old gel, and new gel applied.this place charges separately for everything and I didn't even get a manicure for this price.I was also disappointed that he did not use the wraps to remove the old gel polish. Instead he had me soak my fingers in polish remover for 15 minutes. He did not clean under my nails and you could see through the polish when I was finished which was odd. I later noticed that two of my nails have a small break in them. What the heck? This was my first time to go to this place and I will not go back. Read Less
