I went to Findlay to surprise my daughter who is at college. Decided to take her to get her nails done. It was a horrific experience. The workers were very unfriendly. My daughters manicure had globs of gel under her nails, she got a French manicure we were never told it was more money, the white was super thick and didn’t even cover the entire end of her nail, when she mentioned it he was rude. We brought it to the managers attention and was told every worker has a certain techniique, well the technique should be acceptable to the customer. I will never go back. They are very rude and the man the did my nails made the gel super thick. It was the soppiest gel manicure I’ve ever gotten!! And brining it to the managers attention didn’t help, she was extremely rude. Also while getting French manacre done I was not notified that it was $5 extra. I called to book two pedicures at the same time, side by side. Received a call back to change the time, which is fine. While my mother received her pedicure I waited until the water in the foot bath was cold. Decided it wasn't worth the wait. Would not go back. Poor customer service and not overly clean. Thumbs down. I had a wonderful day here. They listened to what i wanted and matched them perfectly. I got a full set with gel polish. The french tips were free handed and look amazing. Wong? Was my nail tech and he was super nice and focused on my hands. I will be returning in two weeks for a fill. Read Less

Came in on a Monday afternoon, around 2pm & their business was still pretty busy at that time! I didn't call ahead for an appointment, thinking who'd be getting Mani/Pedis that early on a Monday! I'd actually suggest that now, seeing as during my visit there was a steady flow of people. Tons of parking spaces and a big sign to let me know where they are. As I walked in, I was greeted and asked what services I was looking to get done. To the right as you enter is the drying station, left is the register and polishes. I was asked to wait 15 minutes since all the staff were busy. Took a look over their polish colors & really liked the options!After waiting for said amount of time, I was told to go ahead and sit in the pedi chair and that I'd be tended to in a few. No biggie again, I noticed the remote for the massages (: My specialist was Eed, who was definitely a pleasure! She was talkative but also tedious with her work. I enjoyed her massage as well, went with the $35 honey scrub pedi. I was so sad when she finished lolAlso decided on mood change gel nails, with a manicure. LOVE THEM! We were interrupted a few times by Eed having to answer the phone, but I remained patient and she made up for it in the end. I've had a difficult time finding a nail place I really really like. Last minute I decided to try Southside and invited my mom. Probably one of the best nail experiences I've had. All the ladies were nice, friendly, and always smiling. Our nails look good and most importantly we were treated with genuine kindness. The place was clean as well, could be cleaner, but I'm picky on cleanliness. We were acknowledged immediately and were offered a massage chair during our wait.. felt amazing. Read Less

My two daughters ( 13 & 4 ) and I went a week ago! All of the staff there were Amazing! They were great with my daughters and went above and beyond to make their experience fun. They also were so nice and caring when dealing with a 4 year old! WE will DEFINITELY be going back! OH and our nails are still looking AMAZING as the day we left! Horrible place. There are no prices. I was initially told a price for brows then when I went to the register they increased the price so I had to pay more for something very simple. They were very rude about it. They didn't even do a good job on my eye brows. Horrible place. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else!!!! Read Less

My daughter and my hair stylist recommended Nail Time. I had been going to the same salon for 20 years, and was growing increasingly dissatisfied. The pedicurist at Nail Time (Holly) is a delight. Best place for a pedicure in Findlay! Honestly the best massage I've ever had with a pedicure! Get the honey sugar scrub pedi. It's $5 more than the basic but you get an extra long massage and they make it worth every penny! Super clean salon and very friendly staff! Will definitely be back! Read Less
