Called to make an appointment (not a same day appointment) for my girlfriends and I. The woman I spoke with was confusing, pretentious and condescending. Apparently they do and don't take walk -ins?!?! and that they are so busy with their client list they can't make appointments?!?! if this is the caliber of customer service they offer I"m glad that they are "So busy with their client list it would be impossible to make it work". I have known several of the stylists @JaiRez Hair & Color Bar before the opening there. Jamie & Kristy know their hair business. I would feel comfortable with any of the stylists there although I have used Kristy for about 10+ years. I was so pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem. It is located in an odd place but it was peaceful when we went in on a Saturday. The inside is beautifully decorated, stylish and classy. The staff and facility are really nice. I did not get the final product I expected. There is still some rough skin on the side of my foot, my old red nail polish is still in the creases of my toe nails, and there were not many summer colors to choose from. The light yellow polish I have on could use another coat. I do a better job when I take my time and do my own pedicure. The service was friendly. Needed a pedi and came across this shop in my Google search. I only venture into places that are at LEAST 4 stars. This shop did NOT disappoint! Although I didn't have an appointment, I got lucky and they were able (and glad) to take me...also...EXTENSIVE MARTINI MENU!
