Terrible experience. My gel manicure was mediocre at best. I also got my eyebrows waxed and they have no formal shape basically looks the same as before they we're waxed, she rushed me in and out of the chair and the customer service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place.  The prices posted were not the same as I was charged.  The staff was a little unprofessional.  The guy who did my nails was nice so I'll rate it a little higher for that but the other staff was a little rude and they were talking about a customer who just left which made me feel uncomfortable.  It's not very well kept and doesn't appear to be very sanitary which for a salon to me to be unsanitary turns my stomach.  I should have known when I first went in to leave but I wanted to give them a chance. BEWARE! This nail establishment doesn't care about the customers or the quality of service they give you. You have the money, that's all they want. I got a full set and they are terrible. The lady rushed doing them and was on the phone the whole time, they are uneven, the paint is sloppy, they aren't clean cut (raggedy/jagged edges), not the color pattern i requested (she did her own thing), was extremely rude...the list goes on. Unprofessional nail tech pushed my hand away so he can get up and text for a few minutes right behind me. And my previous time a female tech was coughing and spitting throughout my full set service while wearing a mask but gross. Very poor business ethic & never going back. Read Less

I would rate this place minus five stars if I could. The nail techs are extremely rude, smug and only care about cashing you out the door- to hell with customer service! I witnessed them treat a customer wrong and call the police on her and lie about the situation. They are understaffed and unsanitary too-I watch a lady go from client to client painting nails to doing acrylics, and waxing eyebrows without wearing gloves or washing her hands. I literally got the quickest and most uncomfortable pedicure I ever had! And to make matters worst, I also got the worst set of nails I ever had too-I simply asked the nail tech to do my nails as I prefer and was given such a bad attitude that I offered to stop and cash out at that point without finishing! At that point another tech offered to fix my nails. They really should have been taken off and done over but I let her finish only to get blue nails when I wanted black to match my toenails. Several customers agreed that my nails were blue not black-the nail tech still continued to argue that they were black-I was pissed at that point once she finished repainting my nails I got my things and got the hell out of there and will NEVER go back!! If they had a negative star I would give them one. I came in town to visit my best friend and we came to this nail shop. When we arrived there was another customer complaining about the service she received the day before. The nail techs were rude to her and told her she had to pay for extra service. That should have been a red flag for me not to get my nails done. Second the nail tech that was working on my nails didn't put enough coats on and had the color look thin on my nails. And when I asked for her to put another coat on she got an attitude. I stayed under the dryer for at least 45 mins and my nails seemed to be dry. Later on that night my nails kept smudging. Today when I returned to the nail salon and explained to them what was going on they got and attitude and the old lady nail tech that did my nails the previous day said it was my fault. In closing I have observed that this nail salon has very poor customer service and they do mediocre work. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I graduated from nail school let's just say a long time ago...this nail shop is so lost...is you are not a regular  they stick you with a rookie who shouldn't have been on the working floor yet, they over charge and charge to take off gel which with service that should  be a given.  I got A fill only... they charged 30$! Yes they redid nails only after calling and coming back. They did it with a bad attitude and act like it was a problem. I will never go here again and you shouldn't either very bad experience I will take this back to California and yell on social media and let everyone know how nail studio doesn't take care of customers. Spend your money somewhere else! Very rude owners, they mock you for not understanding their poor English, no foot massage during a pedicure, you wait even with an appointment, and my personal favorite...tapping my foot when she wanted it in or out of the water. FORCED TO RESOLVE ISSUE WITH NON ENGLISH SPEAKING EMPLOYEE!!!!!!!!!Received a pedicure Saturday by someone whom did not speak English and she scrap my skin down to far on my foot. I called Sunday to complain and I was asked by Kelly to come back so that I could show her the damage on my foot and receive credit for the inconvenience. I drove in snowy weather about 6 miles back to the shop and when I arrived the woman that did my pedicure recognized me immediately, I patiently waited 10 mins or so for her finish a set of nails. should took me to the back , I showed her my foot and she left spoke with Kelly and she brought back lotion as she tired to apply the lotion I refused. So she asked Kevin to help in which he said just put Vaseline on it. Kelly was busy with a customer and never came to offer my credit nor view the damage to my foot. MY BIGGEST CONCERN IS THAT THEY WIPE OUT NOT THOROUGHLY CLEAN THE FOOT BATHS AND IF I RECIEVE AN INFECTION IN MY FOOT IM GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE THINGS FURTHER! DON'T GO HERE!!! I get pedicures every 2 weeks and use to go to a place around the corner from this place until my favorite nail tech left. Decided to begin going here because it is close by and open on Sunday. Bad Idea!!! They did my nails twice over the course of a month, then 1 day I went in and the woman took one of the tools, pinched the dead skin and instead of snipping it off, she PULLED IT OFF LIKE IT WAS NOTHING. Now I have a gash on my toe and am looking forward to suing them after I recieve paper work from my pediatrist. If I could have gotten away with not giving them a star at all, I would have.
