I’ve been going to this place for years but recently I’ve noticed that their prices are inconsistent. I mentioned to them I have never paid less than 50 dollars regardless of what I have done, they simply ignored me and started speaking a different language. I mentioned I knew someone that was Laos that dated my ex and the younger guy that does nails stated “it’s because they’re ghetto they date black people” I will never spend another penny in that place. I really like the way Tracy does my brows but I can't get past using the same orange stick on all brow customers! This is very unsanitary! I could probably get past the hot wax being uncovered but not using the same few sticks on all brow customers! Thx but no thx!!! Read Less

Just had a terrible experience here. This is the 2nd time somebody has destroyed my eyebrows here. It is partially my fault bc I’ve only ever been recommended to Tracy. Regardless, the employees should learn to speak up. If you cannot perform a service properly, then you need to say that. If no one else can do eyebrows properly except Tracy then maybe it should be taken off of the services that they provide. They clearly saw how upset I was and still asked me to pay. Never again. I was in there waiting to get my nails done, and I had inquired how long it would be after I had already been waiting 20 minutes. They told me not long. A girl in a wheelchair had came in after me and they took her before me. Now I had been sitting there and they pretty much didn't care about that. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll never return there again! The customer service CAN be a little (ridiculously long wait times, your technician leaving you to do eyebrows or fixing someone else's nail, etc) somenof the techs do great work while others overcharge, do rush work or destroy cuticles! Definitely looking for another place after I went yesterday and got a gel fill-in only at work today to have the polish peel right off!! I called to inform mgmt that I would be there to get it fixed and at first I was told that the tech I was referring to was not working yesterday! I then described HER nails and he then said that they could fix it. I go to get it fixed and the young lady cut my cuticles with the file and was actually annoyed with ME!! I used to go in this studio a lot but haven't for a while. I go because I know the dad and he is an awesome guy! Thursday December 21st, 2017 I decided I needed a mani/pedi but no nail polish.  I got seated right away. I had a tech that I never seen before and she had a mask around her face.  I realize they sometimes wear these so no biggie.  Then she began my pedi, water was cold and I tried to ask her to make it a bit warmer.  Don't know if she understood since she just nodded. She coughed the entire time she was doing my pedi.    I get mani/Pedi's because I am a diabetic and it is good to keep my feet and hands in good condition.  This young gal worked on my feet as if I was under anesthesia!  She kept cutting and digging, I kept moving my feet as if to say....ouch?  She actually had to put my feet back into the hot/warm water because she was in trouble of making my left big toe bleed.  After that not relaxing pedi I went to get my mani.  Usually I would get a different tech for that, but, no she was my tech.  Ok, I thought how bad can this be.  OMG, the entire mani took 10 min.  She cut my left finger and had to put some kind of what ever it was on it to stop the bleeding.   Then I realized why she had the mask on.  OMG, her breath was making my stomach turn.  At the 10ish minutes or so she seemed to be in a hurry to get me to the register to pay as did  another gentleman walking the area.  I herd her say 41.50 but then he said 46.50.  Mind you, no polish, I had been cut twice.  Not only did I pay him, I gave her a $6 tip.  Why did I do that! While working out of town its scary trying to find a temporary nail tech. Well I got lucky??? One of the employees at the hotel I was staying at had really nice nails and her designs were pretty. I decided to give her shop a try. She told me she only lets one person do her nails and that was Kat. She did advise me to get there early because it does get packed and everyone wants to have Kat do there nails. When I got there, there was a little bit of a wait but nothing unbearable, maybe about 15 mins.  Kat was really nice, she interacted with me and didn't "just" do my nails. Love this place. Only place I go to get my nails done! very fair pricing and the people are beautiful and always work with the picture I bring in of the ideas I want to get! Been going here for 2+ years. I love love love Sabria. She is the only one I allow to do my nails. They are a little pricey but it's worth it. My nails hold up for 3 weeks. Gel acrylic and gel polish. Read Less

Bad experience! I went to get a gel fill in ($15 Mon-Wed) they charged me an additional $15 for gel polish. The polish was lumpy and on top of my cuticles. I will not return. Customer Service was okay, but I'm not okay with paying above average prices for sub par work 👎🏾 Read Less

Run far, far away from this place... 1. I got my nails done last Thursday and 3 days later the gel polish is already lifting. I don't know if they are using old products or what! I have always gone gel polish at other locations and they last about 2 to 3 weeks on my nails. 2. This this place is nasty. They do not clean up their work space. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE. WENT IN WITH LONG NATURAL NAILS ,ASKED SIMPLY FOR GEL NAIL POLISH TO PROTECT MY NAILS. THEY CUT OFF EVERY NAIL ON MY LEFT HAND, THEN TOLD ME THAT THE NAILS ON THAT HAND WERE ALREADY SHORT. THEN WENT ON TO TELL ME TO CALM DOWN AND THAT THEY WOULD GROW BACK THEN OFFERED TO PUT FAKE NAILS ON. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS BEING THAT I WENT IN WITH REAL NAILS. First & last time there today. Went in just to get my polish changed they charged me $27. Yes it was gel change, but it took him 10 minutes to do it and he didn't even get the full nail painted. This was on my lunch @ 12. I got home from work at 5 and one of the nails are already chipping. Where I usually go, it is $35 for a FILL AND COLOR.
