Im new to the area and in my old state i would visit regal nails faithfully. So i gave this one a try not only are the pedicure double what i pay back home they are no where near the great quality im used to. The woman acted as if she didnt wanna do a pedicure. Water was cool and not treated with the minerals and salts they use for a spa pedicure. She didnt really remove the dead skin on heels as i had asked when i decided to pay for the specialized spa pedi. I asked her questions she wouldnt answer. Then after letting her know i wasnt happy she asked me to give her a caah tip. Instead of tipping her on my card. I was appalled that the only tine she could speak was to aak for money. Went to have manicure, nails polished the lady that was doing them did not even push back any of the dead skin all she did was run the tool over my nails, had her stop and just paint them and they look terrible, wish the owner would be there more often cause he does a great job, will never walk in if he's not there....well made an appt for Today,Tuesday but decided to call first and asked for Diego and out couse he is not there today , guess this will be another nail place that goes under cause of poor management Read Less

Took my little sister here to get her nails filled and I had got a full set last week, all my nails have lifted and the girl got glitter and hair all over them. Being a French tip you would think they wouldn't use the same top coat they use with glitter and solid colors. My sister's nails looked awful, the girl didn't chip away the excess acrylic on her nail beds so when she got them filled there was a dirty line across the middle. She also left alot of product behind on her skin that she bit off while drying at the dryer... embarrassing right? To top off the whole experience there was a woman who was upset with how they did her nails earlier that week and wanted a refund the girls were not helpful at all and did not give her the time of day. She was over our shoulder asking for the manager over and over. It was just awful and needless to say I am going to have to soak my nails off before my scheduled c section tomorrow morning because of how much they have lifted and would rather do now than while recovering... This place is so horriable, i SWEAR everyone that placed a good review was either payed or an employee. First of all the sand down the tops of your nails and that makes them so weak , they dont push back your nailbeds and that makes your real name show at the top. I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and the nail polish was gone within 5 days of there service .The nails were rushed and uneven and we payed over 100 dollars for 3 people to get extreamly sloppy work done . I had a bad experience here once time. I didn't go back for awhile but decided to give them another chance. I haven't had a bad experience since. They've never been anything but friendly to me and always ask me if I like what they've done or the color I've chosen before they finish the job. Read Less

Okay so I removed my acrylics and needed a new set. I do this on occasion to check my nail health. Any way.. I just moved here and don't know any good salons, so I tried this one. Um while it wasn't too bad the tech did kill my cuticles pushing them with her thumb nail. I am sore lol the issue I had was the application of the acrylic. Thin and uneven. Done quickly and sloppy. The filing isn't precise either. The length I wanted was filed away, too short for me anyway. Onto the polish. China glaze sun worshipper neon and needs a few coats to become opaque and the nail tech didn't go the distance. It's still see-through. Oh well I won't be going back. I just left this store. I have never in my life felt more disrespected than I did today. When I was not satisfied with the shape of my nails, the lady that was doing them tossed the nail file onto the table and said if you think you can do better, you do it then. The lady couldn't do the nail design I wanted. It didn't look good. So when I asked her to re-do it to something else she kept shaking her head. ((if you can't do the nail design correctly maybe you shouldn't be in the nail business.)) And then I got shellac on my nails and she did a terrible painting them. Do NOT go there!  They file the tops of your nails for a quicker way of finishing to get to the next person.  My nails are so thin I have feeling when filed and they break  so easily.  They are good at nails, but in time your nails Suffer! Quality is not their priority... Read Less
