When I first started going there the lady who did my nails was great! Than I decided to go with something different.. gel acrylic nails. She completely messed them up they were uneven and she rushed me out so she could go home. I called the next morning asap to get them fixed because they were so uneven and messed up I couldn't let it go.. the lady on the phone was very nice and understanding about it but when I got there the lady who did my nails "investigated" my nails to see if I was lying about everything and than says "oh yeah they uneven" does not even apologize for my inconvenience and than starts saying it was all my fault. She also started complaining... like how is it my fault YOU messed MY nails up?! She didn't even do a good job fixing them they still don't look good for what I paid...I'm very disappointed I won't be going there anymore. And if you ever go there stay away from the Male nail artist he is very aggressive when he does your nails. Doesn't care if he hurts you or not he's rude too.

I go here twice a month and keep coming back. It's very small and you usually have to have an appointment. (Just a heads up they get busy so call ahead) They are great with working with my schedule to fit me in quickly and do a great job when I come. The service is friendly and fantastic. I recommend it if you are in the area.

I don't really even have enough SUPERLATIVES to describe LILY and DARA, the owners of PRINCESS NAILS. They are both consummate professionals as is Savory...the only other person who works there. They don't hire anyone who isn't AMAZING, I've NEVER walked out of their salon disappointed...their PRICES are CRAZY in comparison to some of the salons that are getting top dollar for the same or inferior service...Go to Princess Nails, YOU'LL BE HAPPY TO FIND THEM, they'll be your FOREVER nail techs!

The first time I went to this nail salon I got a pedicure and the experience was great. The owners wife was friendly and we had a good conversation. Seemed like all the customers were regulars and well acquainted with the owners.
After my good first experience I decided to get acrylic nails for a wedding (first time ever) the male(owner) did not speak to me other than what I needed to do. Nails were uneven in length and a bit sloppy with the polish but as this was my first time I assumed this was normal. Boy was I wrong when talking to friends that get their nails done on the regular.
Well after a week I needed to remove the nails and went back. I did not have an appointment but they took me in. All down hill from there. The male soaked my fingers in boiling hot acetone. I had to remove me fingers in and out because I just couldn't handle how hot the liquid was. After 10 minutes of this he was trying to rub off the polish so aggressively that my cuticles started to bleed. No apologies. Just hand over the $10.
If you're looking for a new salon... Pass on this place

Everyone here is Soo nice! I wasn't sure the gel polish would last 2 weeks. Savry did my nails. She assured me that the polish would last. Sure enough, my nails were as beautiful at 2 weeks out as they were on day one. Except for some growth of course. I made an appointment and Savry was ready right on time. Very impressed 😍

I have attempted to get my nails done here three times but have never had them actually do them. Each time that I have went it they have told me that they do not have time to do them and that I must schedule an appointment. Beware- appointments also run late. A lady that was waiting told me that her appointment was scheduled for 11, it was 12:30 and she still wasn't seated.

Wow... This place is very laid back quiet and the male tech (didn't get his name) I had was phenomenal. I swear he had ocd because he fixed all the imperfections the last place messed up (Walmart nail...
Wow... This place is very laid back quiet and the male tech (didn't get his name) I had was phenomenal. I swear he had ocd because he fixed all the imperfections the last place messed up (Walmart nail salon ) he took awhile but my nails are perfect in every way. I've been to a lot of salons and I know that none have come close. In fact this is the 1st salon I actually like 1st visit. Usually when I go to a salon I'm like eh she was nice but my nails look kinda bad. At Princess Nails they are very nice and professional. While getting my nails done I remember them greeting the customers coming in by name! They seem to have a lot of regulars. All in all I will definitely be returning! Oh and also I made an appt and went in at 1pm on a Friday and it wasn't that busy. Just saying, you know how salons are on Fridays!

When I first started going there the lady who did my nails was great! Than I decided to go with something different.. gel acrylic nails. She completely messed them up they were uneven and she rushed me out so she could go home.
