This salon does NOT put on acrylic nails correctly. Within two weeks, I went to my regular nail tech, who works from home, to get a fill. When she saw my nails, she instantly was able to pop them off like I've had them for months. When she took them off, there was FUNGUS growing underneath my nails because of air pockets that were caused by the nail technician, a Male, did not do them correctly. What happend to honesty is policy. I was right outside of this shop, but I didn’t want to walk in and then them tell me that It was going to be a thirty min wait and have to awkwardly walk out. I was going to pick between Lee nails , and nail city spa and see which one had the shortest wait . But I CALL Lee nails first . She says, “no no wait” “come’on in” so I go in about two and a half MINUTES later . Every seat is full . No one even aknowledges me for this first six minutes! Then I sit down and am sitting here for thirty mins ! Exactly what I didn’t want to do. Already spent so much time there is no point in leaving now. I hate liars don’t lie if there was a wait then she should of told me . Chances are I would of still came . She raised my expectations and then crushed them though so now I’m mad. Would Not even give 1 star. Me & my sister just went there. The guy that did my fill rushed through them, didn't ask me if I wanted them cut down or how I wanted them shaped, barely even said 2 words to me. All of my nails are different shapes & crooked. My sister had the older guy who took about 45mins to do her nails & wasn't even close to being done. So the other guy jumped in & finished them. Because it was close to closing time. She asked the older guy to cut them shorter 3 times & he said "no they're fine" & pretty much refused to cut them shorter. Worst nail experience I've ever had! Won't go there again! I'm extremely disappointed with my visit here, they closed at 9pm and I was in their salon before 8, i waited for almost 45min, then the guy that did my nails rushed thru them, after i got home and looked at my nails i have air pockets where the acrylic didnt even seal on my real nail, theyre still sharp and i even tried to file them myself. The shape is off and theyre uneven in length, the salon wasn't very clean either. Very unsatisfied and will never go back here. If ur looking for a really good and clean salon try Hollywood nails in parma heights. Read Less
