This place is clean, affordable, and kind. I went in recently for a mani/pedi and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and spaciousness of the location. The chairs and work stations seemed brand new and like they keep everything clean and tidy regularly.
They offer all normal nail services including gel, acrylic, etc. and you should inquire about the price prior to visiting.
Appoints are not required, but are recommended as it can get busy especially in the afternoons. Good amount of parking in the lot; not a very busy area, but easy to find/get to with GPS.
There wasn't any part of my services or the facility that I didn't enjoy; everyone was nice, the guy that did my nails didn't rush and wasn't too rough. I genuinely felt pampered and relaxed the entire time. I'll definitely be returning again!

I love their work. I have had my nails done by several different shops here in Columbus and I can honestly say this is one of the best. The nail techs take their time, and they really want to make sure their clients are happy before checking out. While it is a bit on the pricey side, it is still reasonable and you the work is definitely with every penny. They have gained another regular customer in me!

I tried this place for the first time today per my sister who goes here and loves one of the employees. Lynn did my pedicure and she was nice and also did a great job on my nails. She cut and shaped them very well. I have sensitive feet and cuticles and at other salons I have experienced painful toenail trims. Lynn took her time and my nails looked great even before she put polish on. The best part was the sugar scrub massage - it felt amazing, and smelled good too! Only downside was that they do not allow tipping on your credit card and I never carry cash so I had to go home and get her tip and bring it back (she deserved it!). My feet feel and look awesome and I will definitely be back :)

Best nail salon in the area so far, if you want great customer service then that's the right nail salon you want to check out, also ask for Chan she does a great job.

If there were more than five stars I would choose more! Have been going to The Nail Retreat for multiple years. Celebrated a 25th birthday there yesterday with champagne. Made reservations for 5 and 7 showed up plus two men who served the champagne and took a photo or two. The Nail Retreat was very accommodating and of course did a stellar job on all pedicures !

I have been getting my pedicures at a local spa and was looking for another salon that could accomodate my schedule. I called Nail Retreat and had an appointment later that afternoon. The salon was relaxing and my pedicure was my best ever! My nail tech took his time and I did not feel rushed at all. My pedicure lasted an hour and was much less expensive than what I had been paying at the spa. I have found my new nail place!!!

This place is clean, affordable, and kind. I went in recently for a mani/pedi and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and spaciousness of the location. The chairs and work stations seemed brand new and like they keep everything clean and tidy regularly.

I have been getting my pedicures at a local spa and was looking for another salon that could accomodate my schedule. I called Nail Retreat and had an appointment later that afternoon. The salon was relaxing and my pedicure was my best ever! My nail tech took his time and I did not feel rushed at all. My pedicure lasted an hour and was much less expensive than what I had been paying at the spa. I have found my new nail place!!!
