The two individuals that I visit here the most are, as always, friendly, pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. The new salon building, however, is just awful. From the minute you walk in you'll notice that it's very loud and doesn't have the friendly/intimate environment that the old salon had. There definitely need to be some improvements made to dampen the noise levels as it's impossible to have a conversation. Furthermore, while the new place is much brighter in some ways (which is nice), it also has some other design issues such as the rows and rows of hair stations lined up next to each other without any separation or barriers - it doesn't feel friendly or inviting, and it almost looks like an assembly line. The same goes for the wash stations (which are ridiculously high) and so on. Additionally, why get rid of the soda option at the drink station? Not everyone likes coffee or tea or some of the other limited options available. I will repeat - the people that provided services to me continue to be excellent, and I love their work. But the overall noise levels, lack of privacy in some areas, and so on going on in the new salon are really disappointing and annoying. :( Read Less

-I love my hairdresser Delaney; The new facility is beautiful! I would say however that it is WAY TOO LOUD! Half the fun of having a hairdresser you love is because we connect and can chat during our appointments. with 8 other hair designers in one area it is too hard to hear. -Also I noticed the water in the shampooing area would change temperatures without any reason. The new spa in Dublin is very nice and fancy. It looks like something in a big city or California. They have coffee, tea, drinks, a bar. They didn't have any low calorie sweetener options so that was a bummer. However, the day I went it was quite busy my appointment was about 45 minutes late and they took about 5% off my bill which maybe covered tax. It wasn't the best experience though the lady who did my manicure was very nice and did a wonderful job. Great new place. Live that it is bright with lots of natural light. Having a drink while relaxing was a great bonus. Only thing I would ask is to turn the music down a tiny bit. Felt like I was talking loudly. Massage chairs very comfortable. Miss the old settings of the former chairs. Read Less

Penzone is great! I see Lauren for my hair, and she is beyond amazing! I came to her after another salon experience elsewhere left my hair really dark and damaged. Lauren was fabulous at coming up with a plan to help lighten my hair but still be able to keep it healthy. I could not be more happy with the results that we are getting! Everyone at the salon I encounter are always very nice, and the employees all seem to really love their jobs! I can’t wait to see how the new salon looks when I’m in next. Well I love my hair but my stylist talked crap about my original stylist (I had to see someone else in between because my first stylist is so amazing that she is booked up). As soon as I got to the salon I was basically told that my original stylist didn’t know what she was doing which in my opinion is rude. No reason for stylists to talk crap about other stylists. Well today I found out that the stylist has been going through my origincal stylists social media and is contacting all her clientele!! How ridiculous!!!
