I’ve been here many times. Quality of work is pretty good but can be hit or miss. Scheduling appointments is tough and they often seem snoody on the phone when I’ve tried to schedule a same day appointment. I miss my Nashville nail salons.. haven’t found a great one in Cbus area. Read Less

I have been going to Posh! for several months. I loved it at first and found their prices more affordable than other salons the area. However, I have also experienced more problems with my manicures than ever before. I have acrylic nails with gel polish. Almost every time I have had a service done, I have had to return to the salon for a fix. The acrylic easily breaks (this has never been an issue for me before) and gel polish peels days after my appointment (the last time it only lasted two days before peeling). I understand that this happens occasionally, but every time? Unacceptable -- especially when you're paying over $40 for the service.I went to a new salon today because two nails had cracked and instead of an acrylic balance, I had to get a new set. The acrylic was lifting and unrepairable, despite having a fairly new set. The nails also had to be completely reshaped. At my last appointment at Posh!, I requested (and paid extra for) coffin nails. I left with a variety of shapes -- oval, almond, and coffin.As much as I would love to recommend Posh!, I cannot do so. I gave them multiple chances and ended up coming back for repairs every time (sometimes more than once). Sometimes the repairs were free, other times not.I have also experienced unprofessionalism from several members of the staff, including overhearing them trash talk other clients after they left. I decided to venture out from my normal salon. I was very disappointed. I got the exclusive pedicure. I spent $70 to basically soak my feet in water and get my toe nails painted. They barely scrubbed my feet and I left with my feet feeling more rough than what I came in with. I'm considering going to the salon I normally go to, to spend another $50 so they can fix it. Came in for my sisters wedding to get a manicure and pedicure, and it went perfect. everyone was done at the same time, and we were all together. we were able to talk and do some last minute wedding discussions. all of our nails looked beautiful. the location itself is beautiful; never been to such a clean nail salon. Came here for the first time last Sunday afternoon. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the salon and super friendly staff. The gel mani service overall was great. However 4 days later a nail chipped. I must add they did say they'll fix any chips within the first week of receiving the service. But while it's a nice offer it's more of a hassle to go back to fix the chip. A bit disappointed. Read Less

I took 7 clients here one time and they were very very friendly. The services were professional and timely. I was able to bring outside food and alcohol to entertain. The pedicure was great and the chairs are the big massage ones. I am planning on holding another nail night soon and will definitely be returning to Posh!Read Less

I love POSH, the techs are fantastic, the promotions are great, the location is central, and the salon comfortable and "posh". Top notch selection of colors, and product lines. You really can't go wrong here....you can do almost anything it takes to get pretty in one location, except hair!Read Less
