I’m not one to complain as I work in customer service. And here; some of the worst I’ve seen. Not friendly, VERY inaccurate wait times. You can tell that they care more about regulars than walk ins. Disappointing. Was between appointments and went in for a polish-free pedicure to remove polish, trim, and shape. She rushed through and even after asking to trim and file as short as possible I had to come home and trim. If you are not particular about your pedicures this place might work for you but I cannot recommend. Read Less

Nikki Nails is one of the best nail salons that I have tried around Dublin and Columbus! This salon is very neat and clean. The nail and pedicure service are excellent. Tina and other nail techs are very nice, friendly, professional and very good at what they are doing, and know what their clients need, they really take the time to pamper you. They were a bit rude which, fine, I can deal with it but after having my gel nails for a week they started chipping, cracking, and the polish was rising where the nail bed grows... SLOPPY WORK!!! It says open untill 8. I called at 6:50 to double check and put my name in. The phone was answered and as I started to talk the person on the other end started yelling at someone in another language. She continued talking/yelling at someone so I said hello again and she replied to me."Yea what do you need" as soon as I started talking and asked are you open. She said hold on and started yelling again. I waited for another minute or so with no reply so I hung up and my sister called back 10 min. Later and asked are you open there was a rude response of no we aren't open..... never been here and will never go. Thanks for screaming in my ear. Read Less

Nikki Nails is one of a best nails salon I have ever been in my life. They have great decor, nice customer service and professional staffs. The salon/spa has a very relaxing atmosphere. They did such a great job on my nails which made my nails look just perfect. The store was organized really neat and carefully, also everything was clean and bright. They did everything really fast and I was like barely have to wait at all. All of them were so friendly and happy and cheerful. Terrific experience with Nikki Nails. Prices are very reasonable. Hello, I'm really disappointed with the service I received on Thursday night. I've been in store before an it was really good, this last time unfortunately wasn't the same experience. I paid $60 to have my nails an toes done an within two days 6 nails the shellac had completely lifted off! I was also annoyed by the fact that I wore ballet slippers and was concerned when the lady told me it was okay to put them back on. It wasn't okay an the nail polish smudged on my big toes. I've been a faithful client of Nikki Nails for as long as they have been open. I have my favorites here and trust me, I have been through many of the manicurists in Columbus and Tina (new owner of Nikki Nails, who used to work at Modern Nails at Turtle Mall for 12 years) is the BEST EVER!!!! She does both my gel mani & pedi as well as perfect solar nails. She's so meticulous and takes the best care of you. Tina does her job efficiently but I never felt rushed. Gel mani lasts 3 weeks or more depending how fast your nails grow. She makes certain they won't peel. Nikki Nails has a wide selection of gel colors as well as regular nail polish colors. I always make an appointment with Tina, so there is no need for me to wait (Tina is busy all the time). They have a wide selection of gel colors as well as regular nail polish colors. The salon has all new massage chairs & the whole place has been decorated with beautiful plants. All the staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. I have been a client of Tina's for a long time and have enjoyed wonderful service from her. I was really excited to hear that she had moved and is now own running Nikki nails. It's a great location convenient to the freeway so where ever I am coming from I can get there easily. The new massage chairs are spectacular... one of the best parts of my pedicure!
