My daughter and I chose this place b/c it was close to our hotel. We don't have a habit of getting manicures or pedicures so I have only one experience to compare this to and that was at a Salon and Day Spa - different atmosphere. We were there on a Saturday about 11:30, there were a few other customers but it wasn't busy. We walked in and were tended to promptly. My teenage daughter and I both got the basic pedicure. I got a basic manicure, she got gel (about $8 more). We were there a little over an hour. Pros: the staff were friendly and kind and I was charged exactly what I expected for what I received(no tricks tried). I was offered an upgrade but when I declined, I was not pressured. Our nails look nice. Cons: Remember, my experience in this is limited but I did call/browse around before we went in here. It seems like their prices are comparable to what some seemingly more upscale spas are charging. And I didn't feel like they were as thorough as MY previous experience. Cuticles still very visible, All in all, it wasn't a bad experience, they seem to be taking precautions to keep things sanitary, they were pleasant and our nails are done. I'm just not impressed. I have been a client of Nail Spree since they opened 8 yrs Ago and  can honestly say I have never left there disappointed.    Now that I am retired I actually drive 40 minutes one way.    It is always fun to try their new products and I highly recommend  trying the powder for your nails. It seems to turn almost as hard as nails.Mine have lasted three weeks + and I have only replaced them due to the new growth. No chipping or breaking.   The hardest thing about your visit will be selecting from the hundreds of colors.   I highly recommend that you give Nail Spree a try.   I just saw my nails in the pictures for Nail Spree.   Check out the pink two toned nails. Color is Ombré.   Love them !   My favorite. Eyebrows waxed here are perfectly shaped.  Not to thin.   Jenny does them just like I described to her I wantedOne last thing.   Pedicure has lasted 6-8 weeks.  Get the gel for your toes.  I love the French pedicure.   Goes with everything. The workers were nice but, I felt rushed especially for the money I spent. My pedicure was rushed and the lady barely massaged my feet. I asked for a manicure that included a sugar scrub and they never used the scrub. My feet and nails were painted beautifully, however I think they were rushing me out the door. Read Less

I came in and asked for the basic mani/pedi special for $47. I walked out paying $80 because the tech talked me into the powder mani and didn't explain that it was FORTY THREE DOLLARS ON ITS OWN. I would have NEVER agreed to that if I would've known!!!! Are you kidding me?! She just led me along to believe that it was the same price. And even REPEATED that I wanted the basic for both the mani and pedi. And it wasn't even that good! There is stray polish all over my fingers!! I only even went for the mani because of the special. All I really wanted was the pedi. Don't come here because they will lure you in with the cheap $47 special then RIP YOU OFF. Same thing happened to the woman next to me- she asked for the mini pedi meaning just cut and paint. They gave her the basic (which she didn't ask for) and sprung the higher price on her at checkout. She said something about it but paid and left then as soon as she walked out the door, they started talking about her and making fun of her which I'm sure they are doing about me right now. I am super late leaving my review but I told the lovely lady that did my nails that I would. I am from Virginia Beach and was in Columbus for my sisters birthday and desperately needed to get my nails filled. I have been getting French acrylic nails ever since I was a teenager. I am never satisfied because the nails lift after a week or the technician just doesn't get the shape right or some other random reason. This day in May, she suggested I get pink and white powder French manicure. She finished in 40 minutes, worked quickly, was so sweet, and gave me great advice for my nails. I had them for almost a month before I got them filled again in Virginia and I was unhappy with the way they did them. I totally recommend this place in Columbus. Her salon was beautiful and she did the best nails I have EVER HAD. Read Less

My all time favorite nail salon. The new dip manicure is great and lasts for weeks. This is the only salon Ive found in Columbus where the polish stays on and is worth the price! Definitely would suggest this place to everyone.Read Less

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I came in to get my nails removed and the lady had no idea what she was doing! She cut my finger twice and dug at my nails for 45 mins before another nail tech finally came and asked me to move to his station. After sitting down with him he then felt the need to tell me my nails were too thick (when I had been getting them done at there salon) and he told me that I SHOULD OF TAKEN THEM OFF MYSELF!!! Also, as I was getting my nails taken off the lobby was filled up with people waiting as techs were sleeping in pedicure chairs and watching tv. So disappointed and upset! Read Less
