Absolutely terrible. I was so excited to get my nails done for my engagement photos because I knew that there would be closeup photos of my ring. It is going to be embarrassing to be putting out especially my ring finger for photos. The customer service was terrible and impersonable. They seemed rushed and that they just overall didn’t care and had better things to do. There are still file shavings all in the grooves of my nails and polish on my skin everywhere. I won’t be back.

Horrible Customer Service skills. I showed up to get my nails filled at 8:30p thinking this would be good to get them done before this place closes at 9p. I had reviewed their online hours before making the half hour trip. It said they are open to 9pm. Apparently 9pm doesn't mean 9pm. After standing in the entrance for about 3-5 minutes without being addressed, I should told they are not taking anyone else today. Claiming they wouldn't have enough time. I told them then they need to update their online open time, as they told me they take their last appointment/walk-in at 7:45p. 7:45p people, when they close at 9p. Well, news for you Nail Experts, that isn't 9p. You may be nail Experts, but you're certainly not time experts. Trust me, I will never be back and I will tell all my friends, family, and colleagues to never give you their business.
I don't want anything from you, all I want to save someone else time spent trying to get in with you and actually make your hours known.

The staff will try to rip you off by pressuring you to get nail polish upgrade. They will have you write your name and the service you select on a clip board. Then when the nail tech ushers you to the chair, they will try to change the service by speaking little English so you would not be able to understand them. You simply not, because you hope they have read what you wrote on the clipboard. Then when it's time to pay, they speak good English and tell you that you received a service that you didn't select at all.

My 12yr old daughter was there with her friend. My daughter knocked down a polish by mistake and it broke. One of the Adult techs had the nerve to make a child pay $10.00. The proper thing to do was to ask where her parents were then go from there. I would have NEVER have a child pay for something that was an incident or without speaking to an adult about the matter. Called and spoke to a man name Jim who refused to give his title and was extremely rude. He said acetone and paper towels cost money. He missed my whole point of my call. Thank god my child did not cut her foot. I will be contacting Mall Management about their unprofessional staff. Never would I spend money at Nail Experts!!!!!!

My new favorite salon! I stumbled upon this place after it opened near my work & I fell in love with it instantly.
They provide AMAZING customer service, something that would lack at previous salons that I have been to. I always leave satisfied & get compliments on my nails all the time. The nails also last pretty long. I've also gotten my brows & pedi done and its been great as well! They also offer a loyalty card which is pretty cool!
The interior is also chic with a welcoming atmosphere. The location has easy parking. I can say that Experts nails will be my go to for services in the future.

Amazing results with attention to detail. They have a great selection of colors with staff members that are very helpful. Great costumer Service I am so happy I found this place my NailsExperts is Amazing my nails came out perfect and she did an amazing job on my feet super clean place one of the things that I liked the most was before they started my feet all the tools came out from a sterilizing machine That's a big plus for me. I highly recommend this place. Happy girl and beautiful nails

They rush through what they call a "manicure" but not really.I have paint on my skin, hair painted on my nails and each nail is shaped differently. And of course the guy didn't care. He just kept saying it was fine. And let me not leave out the place is expensive for no reason. Try not to waste your time going here.The only reason why they're getting one star is because they have a large selection of colors to choose from.

Worst nail salon in Columbus. I stopped here because I needed to pick something up in the mall and I just wanted a gel Polish. I asked if they shape/file nails before doing polish and was told no, that's only done during a manicure. After I stated they were the only nail salon I've been to that doesn't shape/file your nails they begrudgingly did it for me. I got my nails done on a Friday and they are already chipping the following Tuesday. I will not go back here.

I have always had a positive experience here. I have had 4 different technicians work on my acrylics, and every one of them has been thorough and attentive to detail. Since I have started going here, I have had no problems with breakage or chipping. The price is comparable to any other salon, and definitely worth it!

I had the WORST tech. She rushed the entire pedicure.. didn't separate toes or clean up edges. It would have looked better if I did it myself! She didn't speak to me the entire time except to make a comment about my fingernails and make a nasty faces at me. The other tech next to me did a way better job on the other lady. She got the same thing and it lasted 20 minutes longer than mine because it was done right. Do not give this place your business as long as they employ techs that do horrible jobs like this and have a nasty attitude.Need to have consistency or no one will return. We spent $75 & you treat us like crap. So we will not be back!!! And will be letting everyone know.

Came for pedis on mother's day with my mom. Place was clean and staff was nice. We both got service right away with no wait. Large polish selection and semi comfy chairs. Service was good but I think sonce my tech started like 3mins after my moms tech he was a little rushed to keep up with the other guy so we both were done at the same time. But it was all good. Nails came out beautiful and feet/legs feel great. I will definitely be back :)

Nail Experts offers reasonable prices and a great nail service! I have been getting my acrylic nails balanced there for the past few years, and I have always been pleased with how attentive the staff is. Making an appointment a few days ahead of time (especially on the weekend) is a great way to guarantee no wait and an efficient service. Recently, I have noticed a lot more people coming in to get eyebrows and eyelashes done, as well as pedicures. For as pleased as I am with my nails, this will be something I will definitely have to consider.

Absolutely terrible. I was so excited to get my nails done for my engagement photos because I knew that there would be closeup photos of my ring. It is going to be embarrassing to be putting out especially my ring finger for photos. The customer service was terrible and impersonable. They seemed rushed and that they just overall didn’t care and had better things to do. There are still file shavings all in the grooves of my nails and polish on my skin everywhere. I won’t be back.

Then when the nail tech ushers you to the chair, they will try to change the service by speaking little English so you would not be able to understand them. You simply not, because you hope they have read what you wrote on the clipboard. My new favorite salon! I stumbled upon this place after it opened near my work & I fell in love with it instantly.
They provide AMAZING customer service, something that would lack at previous salons that I have been to. I always leave satisfied & get compliments on my nails all the time. The nails also last pretty long. I've also gotten my brows & pedi done and its been great as well! They also offer a loyalty card which is pretty cool!
The interior is also chic with a welcoming atmosphere. The location has easy parking. I can say that Experts nails will be my go to for services in the future.

Nail Experts offers reasonable prices and a great nail service! I have been getting my acrylic nails balanced there for the past few years, and I have always been pleased with how attentive the staff is. Making an appointment a few days ahead of time (especially on the weekend) is a great way to guarantee no wait and an efficient service. Recently, I have noticed a lot more people coming in to get eyebrows and eyelashes done, as well as pedicures. For as pleased as I am with my nails, this will be something I will definitely have to consider.
