Called last minute and they were able to get me in within thirty minutes. The owner was actually the one to take care of me, and he did a wonderful job! I got acrylics but they look so natural and gorgeous! He really listened to me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and conversed with me like I had been there a million times. It seemed to be family owned, and the employees were all in genuinely good spirits. The best part is they take care of the tax if you pay with cash! I am thoroughly impressed. I left my former salon on account of declining quality and scheduling issues. Today is day one of my gel manicure so I can’t speak to how it lasts. But! The salon is beautiful and clean. The young lady doing my manicure opened a new kit (included fingernail clipper, Emory board, buffer, cuticle trimmer and the metal scrap thing that I can’t think of it’s name). I was offered complimentary water, tea, coffee or soda. I learned they sell wine and champagne. They also allow food and beverages to be brought in for parties. Searched for a nail salon on Yelp and found this gem! All great reviews so my mom and I thought we'd try it out! We set up an appointment through Yelp, they replied within 30 minutes! When we got there they set us up in the back area by the bar, which was nice to be mostly alone instead of packed next to other people like most places. We were helped by three people: Zach, Ben, and a lady whose name we didn't get. Zach and Ben were friendly, engaging, and kept us laughing! I'm very happy with how my nails turned out and could tell that they take a lot of pride in how the final product turns out. It's my first time visiting Ohio and I was in desperate need of a manicure, so I decided to get a pedi as well. The salon is clean and modern. I was greeted immediately upon entering and directed to pick my color. Then I was walked over to the chair and put my feet into cold water (it was already filled to the top I didn't want to ask the sweet older lady to empty it and fill it back up again). Other than getting burned by the hot stone massage included in the service (I now have a visible, elevated burn mark on my leg) I was happy with the way the pedicure turned out. My manicure also turned out great, but if you didn't know this, if you want to get your cuticles cut and your nails shaped it will cost you extra (which was very surprising to me). Decided to try this out with one of my friends based on the reviews. The reviews did not lie! There are plenty of nail colors (gel and regular) and the space is gorgeous, huge and welcoming. Zach did my nails and he was incredibly friendly and meticulous with his work. We had gel manicures and them randomly decided to stay and try the jelly pedicures! It was all reasonably priced, if not comparable, to the rest of the area. If you want a fun pedicure to try, splurge on the jelly! My feet felt great after and the jelly was a fun feeling! Less than a year old - this place is up to date and clean. With its long manicure and drying tables looks like the perfect place for groups or bridal showers.They opened up fresh tools right in front of me and their basins even have disposable jets! They had a decent selection of polishes (across multiple brands). The basic pedicure was 37$ and then it jumps up to 60$ for the next level. I did the second level pedicure and they bring out 4 different scrubs for you to choose from! I clearly went with the coffee flavor. I would have liked for that price gap between the options to be a little smaller since I didn't notice an overwhelming difference.It did look like they had a long bar with champagne and wine but I wasn't offered any so I'm not sure if that is just for parties. New favorite nail salon! First of all, this space is HUGE. They have probably 20 manicure stations, 20 pedicure stations, and a full bar in the back. I asked about the bar and I was told that they serve wine and champagne currently, and are trying to get a liquor license too! My nail tech also mentioned that they'll give you a free bottle of champagne for every 5 people in your party, so this would be a great spot for birthday parties or bridal parties. She also told me that all services are 10% off if you bring 10 or more people! They also have 10% off with your first Yelp check-in.Even without these deals though, the prices are reasonable. I got a gel manicure for $35 and a toe polish change for $15. I paid with cash, so I received a 7% discount, so that puts them on par with most of the other salons in the area. I will say everyone working there seemed pleasant, and they even offered me a drink when I arrived, which I can't say about all nail salons. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!! Appalling customer service! My daughter's gel nails chipped off really badly in less than one week. She went in to ask for them to be re-done and they refused. I then phoned them and was literally shouted at by the male technician! How rude and unprofessional, again telling us it's her fault and that gels are like normal polish! Having already told us they last 4 weeks! Outrageous customer service! Never going back. Get exactly what you pay for. It was pretty quiet & I think it is very very similar to Hollywood Nails which may come as a shock to people. Its only £25 for a full acrylic set which isn't bad for Winchester. There was another customer in the shop at the same time who was obviously unhappy at the level of service (complaining that the employees were rude) - however I feel like this isn't exactly a proper 'salon' as such so if your looking for chit chat etc your better off going elsewhere. Although a little more expensive than I was quoted on the phone, it was a really chilled atmosphere and I have come away with lovely nails. Excellent experience! We were able to get right in without an appointment. The service was great! We received pedicures and I can not say a bad thing! It was very relaxing. Our pedicures looked great! The massage chairs were fantastic. The owner did a spectacular job building and decorating the salon. Absolutely beautiful! It was an inviting, clean, and warm atmosphere.
