This place was horrible, it took the guy less than 15minutes to do my pedicure (in florida even I normally go, it cost less and my pedi takes an hour) the guy that did my nails (I got the SNS, powder did) the guy did a horrible job, he the electric doke fo take my old powder off got on my desk nail and it burned me, when he did the new powder he used too much powder and the were too thick, he didn't shape them away all!!!! I spent $225 on mine and my daughters nail and they looked horrible!!! I would never go back here again EVER!!!! Way over priced for the horrible job and service!!! Read Less

I’ve been coming here on and off for a couple years. Customer service is great and every technician I’ve had has done a great job, though I’ll admit Aaron is my favorite! Definitely make an appointment if you plan on coming after work or on the weekend. They get very busy. Worst manicure I’ve ever had, went in because my normal salon couldn’t see me, my nails are bumpy and uneven and different lengths, I complained when I was in store but they just said it was because of the glitter which I know it’s not, place was dirty and staff not friendly at all, everyone got charged different prices even if they got the same. Very polite Mrs. Trina took care of me. She was patient with me and let me decide if I was happy at all times and was very sweet and quick for pink and white short balance. Confused on pricing though should have sign available in plain sight . I am going to have to double checkwhen I go back. 106 for white and pink balance and new acrylic set ref polish and a princess mani the polish. Came here because some reviews were really good. I had on white tip acrylic set and wanted a balance. I told the lady at front I wanted what I had. I get done with the pedicure I wanted and the nail technician tells me I either have to do white and pink powder, white nail polish, or take the whole set off and redo. Needless to say I didn't get my balance and I won't be coming back. I told the lady what I wanted and she said they could do it. They didn't bother to tell me I couldn't have what I already had! I had a terrible experience somewhere else my nails looked awful they were really thick and uneven the shape made my nails look wide and even my cuticles and the polish looked bad, so I went into classy the next day to see if they could be salvaged and Ivy did a FANTASTIC job I'm so happy I had her fix them I always have got experiences here I've learned my lesson I'm never going anywhere else again! I got the deluxe manicure at Classy Nails. This was my first visit, since moving to this area from Reynoldsburg, and it was a very nice experience. The hostess was very nice and welcoming, especially after telling her that I am new to the area. My technician, Kayla, was very friendly and took great care of my feet. I arrived when the salon first opened at 10am and when I was leaving at 1130am, it was busy, but I guess that is to be expected on a Saturday and memorial day weekend. The deluxe pedi was great with an exfoliating scrub and then lavender scented mud, well worth the $46.23 before gratuity. I will definitely return when my feet need pampering. Read Less

I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. Both of my nail technicians, I believe their names are Annie and Serena, were fantastic! They were both super friendly and did a great job! I definitely recommend them However, I made an appointment for 4pm over the phone. When I made my appoinment I asked if they usually get people back to a chair close to the time that their appointment is at. J was assured that they do...but when I showed up for my appointment, it was a different stor...y. I showed up a little early, and I noticed they were busy, which is why I was glad I made an appointment. However, I didn't get back to a chair until 4:45 and a technician didn't get to me until 5. Like I said, I know they were busy, but I made an appointment, so I think waiting an hour after my appointment was supposed to be is a little ridiculous. I ended up getting my manicure and pedicure at the same time, which is fine. The lady who was working at the front desk came over and asked the lady who was getting a pedicute next to me if she could go ahead and pay...mind you, she was still going to be getting a manicure after her pedicure. The lady from the desk took the other lady's card and went up front to run the card. She then came back and loudly said "Would you like to leave a tip?" I, personally, don't enjoy being put on the spot, regardless of how good the service is, because it just feels awkward. A few minutes later the lady from the desk cam back and asked me "Real quick, before you get polish on your nails, can I go ahead and cash you out?" Thankfully, Serena told her that I already had polish on my nails, it was just clear so you couldn't see it, so she didn't recommend me reaching into my bag. I just think it's super rude to ask clients to be cashed out before they're done with their services, especially when they're not even close to being done. Plus most people tip based on how their experience goes while they're there, and by how much they enjoyed their service....how are they supposed to know how they feel before they're done?!?! It just put a bad taste in my mouth, and I thought it was pretty rude...and it's definitely not a way to get people to return to Classy Nails. The little things are what make the biggest impact! Made for a pretty disappointing Mother's Day treat to myself when I had an appointment and after half an hour of waiting and watching group after group of women being taken care of, I still wasn't acknowledged. I was never offered a drink, never given the colors to choose from, and the girl I brought was half done and had to leave because her nails were so torn apart. I left with her and told the girl at the desk to cancel my appointment, and she didn't even ask why or realize I'd been waiting, or seem to care. I'd had great experiences here before but am extremely disappointed in today. Now I can't get my nails done anywhere because it's Mother's Day and everywhere else is booked. Read Less
