For my first experience, I made an appointment and Q did my nails. He did a great job and I was pleased. The gel acrylic nails lasted around a month. My second experience was poor at best (this time, I did not make an appointment). The older gentleman was the receptionist and he was short, surly and extremely off puting. Teddy did my nails and he did a horrific job. He didn't try to start a conversation with me and did a poor job reshaping my stiletto nails (which require attention). I had to correct him multiple times. When he applied my polish, it bubbled after curing. When I brought it to his attention, he had an attitude. To top off a negative experience, the gel polish on my acrylic nails is chipping, and IT HASNT BEEN A WEEK! Reviews that say the place is dirty is not true. Whoever thought of this concept is a genius! I came here with a friend for a short girls afternoon and we both did the mimosa pedicures. I'm not one to do my nails often, but I think I might consider it now. We were able to walk right in and be serviced. Everything was professional and done well. The massage chairs were a great touch. No, no and no. My tech was rude and impatient. The quality of his work was mediocre at best. Their overpriced by industry standards and ridiculously overpriced considering the end result. Also, when they register you as a new guest DO NOT give them your phone number. I left there 3 hours ago and have already got 4 automated texts about their "specials" (which are just services they've priced lower, but still more than most places). Overall this place is garbage. This is my first time here and I am impressed. This is a large, attractive and clean salon. In addition to all the nail services,they offer drinks and small appetizers as well as alcoholic drinks. I've been going here for a few months and will never go anywhere else. Drinks are yummy. Staff is amazing and talented. Wait times aren't always great but make an appointment and it's not bad. Every time I have a nail inspiration they make my nails look amazing and how I want them to. This was the work of the new guy. Or cutie pie as they call him. Read Less

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience here. Came in from out of town on a mini family vacation and stopped in here for my father's day manicure. Had two drinks and was very entertained by the staff. A genius idea to get a liquor license for nail spa. If I am ever back down this way, I will come back for another visit. Read Less

Had a great time, first time experience for my daughter.....need to be more clear on prices for children...walked for the first time and they told her to pick a color out of a basket of samples (went in thinking I would be spending $6 for nail Polish and maybe a little extra for some rhinestones, ended up being around $35 ) umm big difference if someone else that couldn't afford that ... willing to take her again but will be a little more clear on what her choices are I guess, on the other hand my nails are amazing did exactly what I wanted♡ Read Less

This place is fabulous! Had a pedicure with a couple of glasses of wine. Very relaxing. Latin did a superb job, very professional yet the atmosphere was comfortable and the staff seemed to be genuinely enjoying themselves. Read Less

This place truly is amazing. Love the service they give you. Very thorough do not push you out the door. And today I took my daughter as a special treat and they went above and beyond in the pedi they gave her. Thao came and did the most amazing nail art.Would recommend to anyone. Read Less

All I can say is AMAZING!! I had a bad experience at another nail place a few weeks ago so I tried out spa nails and Tee did my nails. I showed him a picture of what I wanted them to look like and he did wonderful! Exactly what I wanted for a good price! So happy! Definitely recommend them! Read Less

Pleasantly surprised with the swankiness of this salon! Couldn't get in to my normal place and needed my nails done. They were able to get me in on short notice and Ivy did a great job! Wish I would have been able to enjoy a cocktail, but had to return to work. Will definitely be back! Read Less

Went for birthday pedicures/manicures and drinks with my husband. This was our first time there and we were impressed! It was very clean, drinks were great, service was so good.
