I arrived on time for my “scheduled” pedicure appointment to be told that they were running 35 minutes behind. What’s the point of making an appointment then? (Un)fortunately I had another appointment an hour and a half later and could not wait for the 35 minute delay. Out of curiosity I asked how long would my pedicure take if I waited the 35 minute delay and he said 20-25 minutes. Um, what?? What kind of pedicure can you possibly get done in 25 minutes. I’d say a crappy one. The drive to Toledo for a quality pedicure is worth my time. I’ve never actually had a pedicure here, but after todays experience, I never will. 🙄

If I could rate it - I would!! After waiting 45minutes past my APPOINTMENT time the other day I decided to drop this place. I was so angry I will never go there again. I know they do this often and it is not the first time I have had to wait when I had an appointment. I recommend to everyone GO SOMEWHERE else! These people are rude and inconsiderate of people’s time!

I went in to get a full set. I had an appointment. I waited an hour+ even though I had an appointment. In the middle of doing my nails, the guy said he needed a break and he went to the back and didn’...
I went in to get a full set. I had an appointment. I waited an hour+ even though I had an appointment. In the middle of doing my nails, the guy said he needed a break and he went to the back and didn’t come back to finish my nails for 20 minutes. He then started doing my nails, and remember I wanted acrylics. He starts to paint my nails before putting on the acrylics so I said something and he said he forgot that I wanted that. So he had to go back. He then proceeded to put the nails on very fast and ended up hurting me pretty bad on multiple nails. He rushed the entire process. I’m angry. I paid $45 for nails that came off in 5 days. I will not be coming back.

I made an appointment and still waited for an hour. They did not even fill the tub up for me to soak my feet while I waited. I had to leave without getting a pedicure because i did not have time to keep waiting. Very disappointed with the service and appointment times.

I just got a full set of acrylics done by Joseph. He was gentle and careful. My nails look great and feel natural. I paid $35 for white tip acrylics. Definitely will return!

I arrived on time for my “scheduled” pedicure appointment to be told that they were running 35 minutes behind. What’s the point of making an appointment then?
