I always get my pink and whites done with Tracy. I've never had a bad experience here! I had a pedicure just three weeks ago and they did a chrome powder on my toes that was AMAZING!

I got a manipedi from here and was pleased with the friendliness. However everything felt rushed and my nail polish job left much to be desired. Parts of my nails were left unpainted, other parts had been messed up and not fixed, and when i got home i noticed my little toe was feeling rather uncomfortable. Discovered the lady trimmed too quickly and left hangnails on several toes and actually cut into my nail on my little toe. I now have part of my toenail missing which has been rather painful. I also had problems with my manicure getting tacky which cause all sorts of fuzz and debris to keep getting stuck to them throughout the day. Ended up just completely removing the polish because it was annoyingly sticky. She also clipped and filed my nails in awful shapes. I couldnt believe how all around awful my experience ended up being :(

I give it 2 stars ONLY BECAUSE the older lady who did my feet did a GREAT JOB. The male nail tech "Danny" had a horrible attitude for no apparent reason. My first time here first he was being very SLO...
I give it 2 stars ONLY BECAUSE the older lady who did my feet did a GREAT JOB. The male nail tech "Danny" had a horrible attitude for no apparent reason. My first time here first he was being very SLOPPY in applying the tip they were crooked and my thumb tip did not fit the width of the nail looked SLOPPY he also slopped glue all on my pinky and didn't even try to remove it ignored it and kept on lol... As I mention it politely he says throwing his hands to the side..."Well I can't do ya nail then". I then told him to remove the tips and left. Shame because my friend and I whom I haven't seen in 5 yrs came here for a girls day she recommended him and it turned out horrible.
I don't recommend this shop they are not up to date with style, application or procedure. I am from Texas this shops pretty behind and asking for $28 for a fullset. Not familiar with what is trendy. My toes came out alright considering.

the first time i went to venus nails my nail came off within a week. i let it go..... went back and all of my nails but 4 broke off in the same spot. The 4 nails have a crack in the same spot as if he drilled them that way for me to come back once they broke off. my right hand index finger is now bleeding at 5 am....mind you i type at work all day, also they didnt have gel polish the first time i went. the second time they did have the gel polish which chipped off two days later in almost whole pieces! if i wanted to glue it back on in place it would fit perfectly.i called them about it and they said they wouldnt fix it for free. this place is horrible yes they are CHEAP but you know what your mom always said.....YA GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR....

I was very disappointed with my manicure...I paid to have my nails shaped and wanted to treat myself and all I got was some cuticle cutting and polish...I could have done that on my own. I also ask for gel and the ladie looked at me like I was nuts. Will probably NEVER go back.

I got a manipedi from here and was pleased with the friendliness. However everything felt rushed and my nail polish job left much to be desired. Parts of my nails were left unpainted, other parts had been messed up and not fixed, and when i got home i noticed my little toe was feeling rather uncomfortable. Discovered the lady trimmed too quickly and left hangnails on several toes and actually cut into my nail on my little toe. I now have part of my toenail missing which has been rather painful. I also had problems with my manicure getting tacky which cause all sorts of fuzz and debris to keep getting stuck to them throughout the day. Ended up just completely removing the polish because it was annoyingly sticky. She also clipped and filed my nails in awful shapes. I couldnt believe how all around awful my experience ended up being :(

the first time i went to venus nails my nail came off within a week. i let it go..... went back and all of my nails but 4 broke off in the same spot. The 4 nails have a crack in the same spot as if he drilled them that way for me to come back once they broke off. my right hand index finger is now bleeding at 5 am....mind you i type at work all day, also they didnt have gel polish the first time i went. the second time they did have the gel polish which chipped off two days later in almost whole pieces! if i wanted to glue it back on in place it would fit perfectly.i called them about it and they said they wouldnt fix it for free. this place is horrible yes they are CHEAP but you know what your mom always said.....YA GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR....

I was very disappointed with my manicure...I paid to have my nails shaped and wanted to treat myself and all I got was some cuticle cutting and polish...I could have done that on my own. I also ask for gel and the ladie looked at me like I was nuts. Will probably NEVER go back.
