I would NEVER go here again. I was looking for a shop that could apply and style a new wig, and T'shana said she could do it. We booked an appointment for 9:30AM for a day I got off for PTO. I arrived at 9:21AM, stood at the front desk that no one was minding until someone wandered around to ask if I had an appointment. I told her I did, with T'shana and she said 'she's on her way' and walked away after telling me to sit in the wait area. After that, no one checked on me. Nothing. I was prepared to walk out when T'Shana showed up at 10:30am and asked what I wanted done. She didn't apologize for being an hour late or anything. Thinking that she would get started on my head, she asked to give her time since she just got there. At 11:00AM, my phone had lost its charge and I hurried to CVS to get snacks and a charger. When I returned, she decided to have me sit in the chair. I just sat there. She didn't even start on my head until 11:30 and all she had to do was glue it and style it. I wanted it colored, but I'm glad I didn't ask for anything else from her. She's unreliable, has no consideration for her clients and I was shocked with the good reviews this place got from others. I didn't actually get finished until around 2PM. It only took her a couple of hours for her to actually do it, but instead she was working on another lady's hair and moving between her and me every few hours. The hair turned out alright -she did well plucking the edges and making a part, but the curl fell an hour after I got home. All of that for $65. I really wish I had just walked out. Read Less
