This shop is terrible!!! Worst I’ve been too since living in the Dayton area and I do NOT RECOMMEND!! I sat down and waiting 30 mins just to get a pedicure then when I finally got into a chair they told me they ran out of hot water and would use a kettle to warm the water and put it back in..... THAT IS NOT OKAY!! Also came with a friends that is a regular and she waited 1 hour and 30 minutes just for a pedi and waited 2 hours for a fill in .. Worst shop ever! Read Less

I went into Regal Nails to get an $18.00 fill in and Mary (the manager) just starts ripping my nails off saying I had water under my nails. They put my nails on to begin with, so if I had water under my nails is because they didn't do their job right the first time. By the time she finished doing my nails she charged me $41.00 and remember, I only went to get a fill-in. I will never go back there again. Read Less

I've been coming to Regal Nails Salon & Spa for over a year every two weeks. I'm very pleased with my visit. There was no wait and we were greeted immediately upon entering. Loved the shellac manicure I got here. I was greeted promptly, the lady offered me water noticing I had a cough too. In addition, she was very precise when doing my nails and took her time. I love my new shellac nails! The ladies are super sweet and helpful. I showed her a picture of a manicure I wanted and she knew exactly which color to choose! Regal Nails Salon & Spa has sort of set my expectations for what I consider to be a good nail salon. I always come for a full set with gel color and a pedicure. Whoever works on my nails always makes sure the length/shape are what I prefer before moving forward. I have never left here unsatisfied with the work or service I've received. Horrible.  $ 60.00 mani pedi.  Already chipping shellac polish should last 2 weeks it's been 3 days.  Horrible do not visit this salon.  Dirty and unorganized.   My mani was performed by man with long snaggel dirty nails.  I feel cheated do not feel cheated as I do do not visit this sslon. While in Regal Nails at Wal-Mart on Dorothy Lane in Kettering, OH, I decided to treat myself to a manicure today. My nails are long, strong and healthy and I wanted to get them painted. Life has been rough lately and I just wanted to do something entirely for me, I needed a treat. I told the tech exactly what I wanted and sat down. Clip, clip, clip, the tech cut my entire right hand down to the nubs. I grabbed my hand and yelled, "What did you do", she replied, "You want nails done", I replied, "I wanted my nails done", and I could feel the tears beginning to swell in my eyes. I asked to speak to the manager and she basically said it was my fault, even though I had explained exactly what I wanted. I have never had a wose experience in my life.
