So I went into this establishment one Sunday, July 8th. I went in to gets a fill in on my nails. This was the 1st time I had ever visited this establishment. I tried to sign on however I am visually impaired. I was approached by the woman who sits on the very front row on the left hand side closest to the wall. She asked if I want services and if I signed in. I expressed to her that I could not see to sign in because I am legally blind. She then proceeded to tell me that I still had to sign in next time. I called prior to the visit and was told that a fill with gel was $30.00. The woman charged $48.00 even though none of my nails were broke and the she said that to just paint my toenails with gel was $25.00. She did an absolute horrible job on my nails. There's bumps in the acrylic and she refused to buff my nails out until they were smooth. I asked her if she could help me by pointing out a fuschia pink on the color card since am blind and she stated to me, cNo, you need to help yourself". My feelings were very hurt ans I left the shop on the verge of tears. I feel as if I was ripped off amd discriminated against. I will be looking to report this business for this.

Called for service and was told that they don’t know how to do nail decals! Nail decals are one of the simplest things to do! The tech said I’m not good at it. I asked if anyone else in the shop knew how..she answered no before asking anyone. I inbox one of the techs who works there and asked her..she informed me that she did know how to apply the decals. They don’t want to be bothered..I’ll take my business else where!

Pro Nails is a very friendly nail shop. The nail techs are male and female. The majority of techs are Cambodian and there are a couple black nail techs also. There policy are clear and they do great work. I have my favorite nail tech who does amazing work!! I’ve been going there every other week for at least two years!!

I don't know the lady's name that does my feet but she does a good job also I highly recommend that if you're in the area you stop by. But make sure you have time because they have a lot of service.

I GOT A FULL SET PINK AND WHITE... The nail tech was very nice, but not as experienced as i hoped. 6/10 nails had issues once said job was completed and when i asked her about the issues she said its just because of how the powder dried and when i come for fill in it will be ok? 3 /10 fingers were bleeding from inexperienced filing!.. i paid 60 dollars to basically get a SHIT job... never again..

"Pam" is a disrespectful, DISGUSTING, poor excuse for a business owner. Definitely WILL NOT be returning here. I understand everyone's experience is different. The energy at Pro Nail Salon & Spa is negative. They talk to their customers as if they don't appreciate their service. 2 years ago I stopped going after I witnessed the owner (Pam/Volak) humiliate a 60 something year old woman over not stopping at the desk to sign before using their restroom. She screamed at the older lady and chased her even as the lady left the salon. I decided to give them another try recently. A couple days ago, I had a simple gel nail and toe paint. All the workers looked annoyed at life and when I left, not one said, "Have a nice day" or any peasantry. When I asked if everything was OK, I was told, "It's too early." The tech spoke to me with her back towards me. It was 10:30 in the morning. The Gel polish chipped just a day later. I will not return and I will not recommend them to anyone.

I went to get a pedicure last Thursday. My toe nail Polish started chipping the very next day. I was leaving out of town that night for a wedding. The technician that did my pedicure was very inexperienced and I had to tell her several times how to Polish my toes because she was missing areas on my toe. The owner is very rude and yells at her workers and customers. I will never go there again it was a waste of time and money!

I was so very disappointed today. They allowed another person to walk in and go ahead of us with no appointment and didn't even sign in. The tech didn't do a good job so much so that I said don't even worry about finishing my finger nails just whatever for my toes I paid and left.

I don't know the lady's name that does my feet but she does a good job also I highly recommend that if you're in the area you stop by. But make sure you have time because they have a lot of service.
